Really poor. House has been on the market for six months with barely a look, although similar properties in the same street have sold for more in that time. No communication amongst staff, which they freely admitted. All feels like a bit of a front for the auction company they pushed us towards in the end. Very outdated company, but just feels like they can't even be bothered to do any leg work or chase down any potential buyers like other better estate agents would do. Just avoid and go elsewhere

Regularly inundated with emails about IDEAL INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY. Just a thought, but why don't you target investors with GENUINE investment opportunities, rather than filling our inboxes with multiple IDEAL INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY when you know, at that price, it is far from it.

Also, as an investor who has bought through you in the past, LISTEN to the feedback, acknowledge it and look at ways to improve your service. As a young investor, you should be building a relationship up with me for the future not boring me with generic emails....
