14th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)At start the agents were bang on. But once I'd got with them the original agent passed a lot of things onto other staff and I had to keep ringing for problems. At the point of it being sold they never even rang. I found out by ringing them and it was a case of ..well it's sold we thought you knew! Not good enough.
2nd Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Very impressed with time keeping and overall process. The only small issue was that I asked for no FOR SALE board on the property. One appeared. I asked for it to be removed. After a few days it was taken away, but leaving rawl plugs in the stone wall near the front door.

This proved invaluable in our sale process. From receiving an offer, the service provided was fantastic. They have a great process and take an active part throughout. Highly recommended
