Annafield Estate agents was born in December 2019 with the opening of our High Street branch in Buckden, closely followed by our High Street branch in St. Neots, and now Huntingdon. With this winning team and enthusiasm in the bucket loads, Annafield Estates have gone from strength to strength over the past year or so, and despite the difficult times in 2020, managed to help a lot of local families achieve their moving goals.
The team needed to grow quickly, with the amount of customers calling on our expertise so we have been very lucky to take on board some brilliant additions to the Annafield Family. We now have a team of 11 specialised staff with loads of experience in their own sectors.

Annafield Estate Agents really went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service for us as we were selling and buying with them especially Lauren who always went that extra mile and did a viewing with us on her day off which we really appreciated. Lauren and Colin made sure that everything ran smoothly and the communication was excellent. Everyone we spoke to at Annafields were efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend.

My home buying journey was not a smooth one! Not through any fault of Annafield Estates but just the circumstances and challenges that presented and unfolded along the way. Lauren was my first contact with the company. She seemed to be genuinly interested in ensuring that the purchase was right for us as a family. She was prompt and clear in her communication. I felt confident in her approach and negotiation skills. With this we were able to strike a swift and fair deal for both parties.
As soon as Colin became involved he was with me every step of the way. Colin proved himself to be a very caring, proactive and dynamic estate agent. He was open, honest and supportive. He provided sound advice, guidence and took prompt and creative action when needed. His tenacity in finding solutions and moving things forward was admirable and very much appreciated! I am very lucky to have been supported by Annafield Estates along my roller coaster of a home buying journey.
I honestly can not recommend them highly enough. They are definitely the people you want by your side through one of lifes most stressful situations.

I engaged with three estate agents to help me sell my late fathers property in Buckden, although all three were good my decision was made very easy for me after meeting Lauren from Annafield estates in Buckden.
Lauren and her team were great from start to finish, I would highly recommend to anybody with zero hesitation.

I didn't actually buy a property because our house did not sell in time but I would like to thank Lauren Rowley of Annafield Estate Agents for all her hard work in trying to find us the right property and keeping me informed. I was so sad when we did sell but none of the properties we loved were still available. I would definitely use Annafield and Lauren again in the future.

I recently bought a semi detached bungalow in Perry, from day one of my experience the staff at Annafield Buckden were brilliant in supporting me and helping me to understand the process to go through.
The positivity and drive from theses young professionals feels so different from any of my other experiences with estate agents.
One of my favourite things that Lauren said was ‘ I’m going to make sure this is your house’ right from when I made my offer.
Then to finish with the help of Ren my sales progresso, managing my expectations and keeping regularly updated and going as far as double checking that between myself and my solicitor Liz and chasing up information for me and from me.
I can’t thank The Annafield team enough, you got me my dream home.

We recently finished the selling process of our family home in Buckden.
From the start the team at Annafield supported and guided us through the complex procedures.
We were very pleased with the drone photos courtesy of Joe !
The fees were not excessive and we would not hesitate to recommend Annafield to sellers in the Buckden area.

Annafield Estate Agents really went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service in challenging times. Viewings were consistently managed efficiently by Annafield, with prompt feedback and a personal service.
I would like to add special mention to Keeley and Beccy. Keeley ensured interest and a sale and remained focused on ensuring the right buyer.
Beccy, who works for the progression team, genuinely made this work. There were some challenges with deadlines on my purchase, and some minor delays with solicitors. Beccy genuinely went above the call of duty to support me with them, whilst I dealt with significant career stress, whilst I also recovered from surgery. I can genuinely say, I wouldn't have moved if it wasn't for Annafield and the service offered.
I would like to say thank you to the whole team at Annafield.
