Annafield Estate agents was born in December 2019 with the opening of our High Street branch in Buckden, closely followed by our High Street branch in St. Neots, and now Huntingdon. With this winning team and enthusiasm in the bucket loads, Annafield Estates have gone from strength to strength over the past year or so, and despite the difficult times in 2020, managed to help a lot of local families achieve their moving goals.
The team needed to grow quickly, with the amount of customers calling on our expertise so we have been very lucky to take on board some brilliant additions to the Annafield Family. We now have a team of 11 specialised staff with loads of experience in their own sectors.

We sold our house through Annafield Estates and have had a very positive experience. We are relocating 250 miles away and lost our buyer at short notice. Thanks to Lauren and Colin, within a day we had a viewing and another three lined up and within 36 hours Lauren had negotiated our new sale. After our solicitors lost our paperwork, Colin again stepped up and hand delivered our new documents to the solicitor himself and in his own time. I would very much recommend them, definitely a safe pair of hands.

Very impressed with Annafield - nothing was too much trouble.
Lauren managed to agree a sale on our house within a week of instruction, which was a great result.
Once the sale was agreed, Colin was relentless in chasing all parties to make sure we hit the target dates for exchange and completion. We were very impressed with his prompt communication and overall management of the whole process.

My home buying journey was not a smooth one! Not through any fault of Annafield Estates but just the circumstances and challenges that presented and unfolded along the way. Lauren was my first contact with the company. She seemed to be genuinly interested in ensuring that the purchase was right for us as a family. She was prompt and clear in her communication. I felt confident in her approach and negotiation skills. With this we were able to strike a swift and fair deal for both parties.
As soon as Colin became involved he was with me every step of the way. Colin proved himself to be a very caring, proactive and dynamic estate agent. He was open, honest and supportive. He provided sound advice, guidence and took prompt and creative action when needed. His tenacity in finding solutions and moving things forward was admirable and very much appreciated! I recently bought a semi detached bungalow in Perry, from day one of my experience the staff at Annafield Buckden were brilliant in supporting me and helping me to understand the process to go through.
The positivity and drive from theses young professionals feels so different from any of my other experiences with estate agents.
One of my favourite things that Lauren said was ‘ I’m going to make sure this is your house’ right from when I made my offer.
Then to finish with the help of Ren my sales progresso, managing my expectations and keeping regularly updated and going as far as double checking that between myself and my solicitor Liz and chasing up information for me and from me.

I would like to add special mention to Keeley and Beccy. Keeley ensured interest and a sale and remained focused on ensuring the right buyer.
Beccy, who works for the progression team, genuinely made this work. There were some challenges with deadlines on my purchase, and some minor delays with solicitors. It was a complicated and time-consuming transaction, and we engaged Annafield at a critical point where the whole chain was about to fall through. They put in tireless effort to make it happen, they were focused and always responsive. They needed no prompting, but instead showed genuine initiative and enthusiasm to keep our purchase secure whilst resolving issues with our sale.
