I have used Annafield twice recently, firstly for the sale of my own property and then more recently for the sale of my late mother’s house. Both experiences were great and particularly for my mum’s sale, this was handled very efficiently and sympathetically in what would otherwise have been a much more stressful experience than it was. I would like to start by saying that without Colin and Chloe we would not have made it through our sale/purchase process this year. They where a constant, always going above and beyond what they had to do for us. I would like to add that they were the estate agent for the house we were buying but they also helped push through our house sale to ensure we got the house we fell in love with when we viewed it for the first time.

I appointed Annafield Estates as sales agent, acting on my behalf in the sale of my tenanted property. It was a very good decision, driven by my experience on purchasing the property 5 years previously when I dealt with and was impressed by Colin Chapman, now with Annafield.
Annafield was appointed as my letting agent for the same reason.
The sale was long (12 months from price agreement to completion) and complex (dealing with a freeholder, a foreign purchaser and an inordinately obstinate solicitor) but Colin dealt with them all professionally and determinedly, ensuring that the process reached a satisfactory conclusion within the agreed timescales.
Colin has represented me brilliantly throughout the 5 years I have known him and I have no doubt he is a major reason for people to engage Annafield for all their property requirements.
I therefore recommend Annafield to anyone reading this review.

Me and my partner are new to the market, first time buyers, and we went with Annafield Estates to view a lovely property. After a day of exhaustive viewings, we were so pleasantly shown around a flat that we have truly fallen in love with. The estate agent, Chloe Barnard, was so sweet and friendly. She made sure we saw every aspect of the property, all it's benefits and understood the requirements for buying a property like the one we're interested in.

Annafields estate agents in Huntingdon were possibly the best agents my girlfriend and I dealt with during the lengthy process of finding our new home.
During the whole process Chloe was extremely helpful, polite and her communication was excellent. As it proceeded we dealt with Colin Chapman the area manager who used his experience to help us deal with solicitors and numerous other parties that were making the purchase very challenging. We found his input made a huge difference in the service we were receiving from our solicitors specifically!
Overall, without their input I believe the purchase of our home would not have been made possible as quickly and as easily as it was, and for that we are extremely grateful.
We will be using Annafields again given the opportunity. There were multiple agencies we used in the Huntingdon area, as we searched for the right home and none of which matched the level of customer service received from Annafields.

Colin, Alfie and the team worked extremely hard to find my mum an apartment close to where we are living, they went out of their way to get her in sooner than first agreed and made the whole process seamless and far less stressful for us both.
Colin also came over to value our home for sale, he provided a fair and accurate valuation, was very responsive and great at communicating from start to finish and of the four valuations we received we chose to go with Annafield which I think speaks for itself.

My experience with Annafield Estates has been highly positive. I had contacted them for a rental property and was put in touch with Gemma. I was out of the country on holiday & couldn’t have expected anything smoother with the process, from online viewing to sorting all the paperwork, even when I had to change my decision. I interviewed three Estate Agents to sell my property and all three gave realistic valuations however Annafield Estates demonstrated a superior knowledge not just of the area but of the design of the properties on the Estate. They assisted with putting me in touch with other service providers I needed and were prompt and responsive to requests and provided information quickly. They were very quick and had the property listed with photographs even while the paint was drying in the redecorated rooms. The office staff kept me informed of progress at each stage too. I was selling remotely as I have moved out of the area and I was relieved to find an agent that I could trust to take care of viewings and other details in my absence. Although it sounds self-congratulating, I think I made a really good choice to use Annafield.

I could not recommend Annafield more highly.
I dealt with Colin Chapman the whole way through the process as a single point of contact and he was fantastic.
In the first instance when I registered and interest in our new home. I was going away for a week the next day. Colin phoned me within 30 minutes of my online enquiry and got me a viewing that day. Colin had other appointments but arranged that the current owners would show us round. I know a lot of estate agents would not have gone to this level of trouble.
This was typical of Colin throughout the process. We had a number of issues throughout the process and frustrations with conveyancing solicitors. Colin was instrumental in helping solve these issues. He even spoke to other conveyancing solicitors (not involved in the chain) to help us get some clarification on certain points that could have potentially seriously delayed the move.
In the final week of completion Colin waved his day off to help us complete on time and we would not have been able to have done so without his persistence.
Colin was a joy to deal with throughout the process and would always deliver news (good or bad) promptly and professionally. In short if you are looking to move or purchase a new home call Colin at Annafield his service is second to none.
