Really great service, professional, extremely helpful and providing excellent communication throughout the process of buying a property. Would highly recommend and if I ever need to move again they will be my first phone call. Colin from Huntingdon branch went above and beyond to find us our new home and his passion for the job and experience were invaluable. Have dealt with many highly street property agencies in the past and I could not believe how different the experience was while working with the team of Annafield Estates- five stars .

Brilliant! Five star service from beginning to end. Phenomenal effort getting the chain set up despite many setbacks from the legal profession. During the final stages, Colin was especially proactive in pushing the process forwards to ensure we exchanged and completed on schedule. Communication throughout was excellent. Would strongly recommend Annafield to anybody, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

What can I say, absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Thanks to Colin's persistence we got there, not sure what we would have done without him. I can safely say I have never met such a proactive estate agent, I would 100000% recommend Annafield to anyone wanting to move house.
The process might be over but the friendship formed definitely isn't!

I could not recommend Annafield more highly.
I dealt with Colin Chapman the whole way through the process as a single point of contact and he was fantastic.
In the first instance when I registered and interest in our new home. I was going away for a week the next day. Colin phoned me within 30 minutes of my online enquiry and got me a viewing that day. Colin had other appointments but arranged that the current owners would show us round. I know a lot of estate agents would not have gone to this level of trouble.
This was typical of Colin throughout the process. We had a number of issues throughout the process and frustrations with conveyancing solicitors. Colin was instrumental in helping solve these issues. He even spoke to other conveyancing solicitors (not involved in the chain) to help us get some clarification on certain points that could have potentially seriously delayed the move.
In the final week of completion Colin waved his day off to help us complete on time and we would not have been able to have done so without his persistence.
Colin was a joy to deal with throughout the process and would always deliver news (good or bad) promptly and professionally. In short if you are looking to move or purchase a new home call Colin at Annafield his service is second to none.

Good professional estate agents; as they predicted a sale was agreed on my property the day it went on the market. Buyer losing their buyer meant things dragged on a bit more than I would have liked; but I was always kept informed and messages left/telephone calls were always answered promptly.
