We didn't use Annafield Estates to sell our property but they were the agents for our sellers. In our case solicitors made it a real trial but our thanks to Colin like a dog with a bone who got the whole mess sorted. We didn't use Annafield in this instance but if we ever sell again we would use Colin and his team in a heartbeat.

Annafield Estate Agents in St Neots are extremely efficient. From the early stages of valuation through to exchange. The staff in particular Colin Chapman who worked tirelessly to bring about the exchange & completion are all friendly and feel like a small working family. We used there removal team too who also reflected the efficiency of Annafield Thank you Sally. We would highly recommend this organisation for your house move.

Colin Chapman has been amazing with the purchase of my sons flat. For what should have been an easy buy became very complicated and in Colin's words 'In my 30 years experience this has been the hardest flat to sell'. Colin helped every step of the way and I can not recommend him highly enough. Superb job!!!
