Now used Aon for 3 properties. From sourcing tenants, setting them up in the property and the ongoing maintainance and review of agreements they have been excellent. Would recommend to anyone looking for a one stop management service.... Read more

As a landlord I found myself recently needing to find a tennant quickly, after handing the keys over and responsibility to AON Lettings it took less than 14 days from start to finish, the whole process, tennant in! Consumate professionals, quick, effective and more importantly offering that personal touch which you do not get with the other High Street agents. I am an overseas agent and have many Landlords relocating overseas who wish to have property let in the U.K. Aon Lettings look after all these Landlords to enable them have a 'hassle free' and enjoyable time abroad whilst their property is well managed in England. Not only did Aon Lettings, let their property quickly, but the Landlords have been paid promptly and without worry.
