22nd Feb 2025 (9 weeks ago)After listing our property with a well known “online” agency with the word Purple in its name the difference when listing with Bridgfords was night and day! Full of knowledge of the local market, second to none communications and just a general feeling that everyone cared about us has firmly set Bridgfords apart from its competition! When Emma came to appraise our property, she turned up already armed with multiple suggestions on how to sell our property from the wording of our advert to the images we use for the listing - no one else from the other 3 major agents in the area compared! We were sold! It wasn’t just Emma who excelled in our opinion, Richard was pivotal in getting our offer up to the value of what we wanted when it wasn’t looking like we were going to sell our property. Dealing with Katie over the phone has been brilliant, she’s super cheerful and really helpful and gets the job done every time. Fay, though, has stood out for us and I doubt you’ll find a better communicator in the business. Absolutely on the ball all the time and shared our frustrations when we had no shows but celebrated with us when we had interest, absolute credit to Bridgfords!! We had a viewing and the person viewing our property was explaining to me that he was having issues with his agent I had no issues in instantly recommending Bridgfords to him and would without hesitation recommend them to anyone who asks for my opinion!
16th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Worst agents ever met. The house is totally a mess when we moved in. Quite dirty everywhere. We have to ask for leave to clean the house. The agent promised to find someone to help us clean the kitchen, repair the toilets, clean the carpet and sofa. However, no one shown up till now. We have moved in two weeks. There are no chairs for the kitchen table. We have to stand in the kitchen for each meal. It is ridiculous.
12th Apr 2025 (13 days ago)We put a starting offer on a house in Ryhill sent all the necessary documents got an email to say they had sent an email to the vendor Telephoned them following Monday to be told she had received an email from the vendor to remove the the property off the market no more viewing’s no more offers To find out today the property was sold subject to contract We have not received any communication to say it was back on the market or we’d even been out bidded like Rhonda said she would do NOT HAPPY IN ANYWAY SHAPE OR FORM If you could give half a star then that’s what I give them

I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. I would never recommend this agency for any of my friends and I will not be buying a house with them.

3rd Mar 2025 (8 weeks ago)Look all that false reviews , before you decide be a tenant with this agency look and read all them reviews, doggy , unskilled staff, everything unlawfully , change tenancy agreement illegally, them old building dumpy and mouldy when you want to leave property no deposit back , all them properties around Leeds roundhay road , chapel town road , no health regulation in them property, no fire exit and safety regulations which is fully illegal
26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

I initially got in touch with them to sell our property because of the positive experience I had from a buyer’s perspective when viewing properties. From a seller’s perspective, they were a wonderful team to work with. Excellent communication, a friendly conversation every time they needed to call us & no question was too silly to ask. A special shoutout to Jack who looked after us through what can be a stressful process. Thank you again! Erika & James
22nd Mar 2025 (5 weeks ago)We would highly recommend David and Freddie at Marsh and Marsh after having an utterly disastrous experience from a well known other company!! Our house was on the market within 2 days of David's and Freddie’s initial appointment, absolutely amazing! Sold it straight away! Can’t fault the follow up until completion, always on hand and return your calls if not available, we would definitely recommend them. Thank you both!!

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

She was so helpful throughout the whole process. Gemma and Danielle also kept us fully informed and provided an excellent service. We highly recommend Martin & Co as the service we got from the whole team was exceptional.
