25th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)Martin and co manage the property next door to mine which is noisy and overcrowded- noise from the house including slamming doors, shouting and taxis coming and going at all hours upsets both myself and other neighbours on the street. I have complained to Martin and co numerous times but they have failed to deal with the issue.
1st Apr 2026 (20 days ago)We used William H brown as a mortgage advisor only for the house we just completed on as we had previously used them it was now free for life. Dan Irvine, our mortgage advisor was great 5/5 responds to emails super quick, usually in minutes. Wish our solicitors did the same. He stuck with us as we had 2 houses fall through and finally succeeded on the third. Application process was very smooth even with the added complexity of being self employed with only one year of books. Look forward to renewal in 2 years- 1st Apr 2026 (20 days ago)I send an inquiry about a property they've got, but never got no reply more than three times. I do not understand why they are so against you if you have a disability. It's clear they don't want you because you're on benefits and someone who's trying to go back to work, but this is a calculated target attack on someone who's autistic. The clay didn't want me. Three times I sent an inquiry. I will go somewhere else thanks for discriminating.
31st Mar 2026 (21 days ago)I would like to just big up Beecroft Estate Ltd for a brilliant job of selling my old family home great company to deal with an also 1 member of staff Sarah Pink she always kept me informed in everything going off and even chased the buyers side an updated me on any information i needed to know as it took quite a long time for completion due to the chain so i'd like to thank them all again an especially Sara Pink x

Always on hand with a listening ear and Max was just the best support as was Andy. I would recommend Hunters Castleford for a rental to anyone as they are great with the personal touches, I always felt listened to and when I needed them they were always there. Communication was always clear and efficient, and any queries I had were handled quickly and professionally. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that are both organised and approachable, and who clearly care about providing a high standard of service. Everyone at Jigsaw has always been helpful and easy to work with, which made the whole experience very smooth. Myah especially was a pleasure to deal with but the whole team are amazing. A big thank you to the entire team, I would highly recommend Jigsaw Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable and professional agency!

10th Dec 2025 (19 weeks ago)Paul has been phenomenal throughout this entire process, Paul clearly knows how to sell houses as following his advice throughout he managed to secure an offer above asking on the first day of viewings! But that's only half the story, Paul continued to provide top notch service throughout the remainder of the process, providing advice on my purchase, explaining all next steps, checking in to see how everything was going, liaising between myself and the buyer in a prompt modern and professional manner, assisting in chasing solicitors (as we all know what they are like!) and recommending other services such as constructional surveys. Paul was transparent throughout, you know how much you are paying before you even sign the dotted line and there were no hidden fees. Honestly, I can't sing Paul or ewe move's praises enough! They made what is normally a stressful process seemless and worry free. I challenge anyone to try and find the same dedication and service from any other estate agents! Ewe move will be the only estate agents I will ever recommend or use again. Professionalism, contemporary solutions, dedication, transparent seemless service and communication, stellar customer service, this is what you get when you choose ewe move!!

27th Mar 2026 (25 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
13th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)No response for 3 days with NO ELECTRICITY with children and working from home. The property management team do not answer the phone, nor email. I spoke to someone from lettings who said she will get the property management team to respond asap, still nothing. My food spoiled in my fridge and freezer, unable to work from home, unable to cook food. Disgusting agency. Wonder if they will respond when seeing this. Oh and when we moved in last year, similar issue with no hot water for over a week, but refused to give any kind of rent reduction or compensation. I will be taking legal action now.

It’s a stressful time and to feel in safe hands is priceless.

27th Mar 2026 (25 days ago)I would certainly recommend Martin Mellor. We sold our property after tenants moved out & we had moved to another area. Martin sold the property quickly and kept an eye on it as it was empty during the sales process. He took photos to show he had been into the property ( to satisfy Insurance company) and sorted out queries from the buyer. He helped to get the sale over the line when timelines were pressing. No hesitation in recommending his services.

16th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)I just wanted to say if you are looking to sell your house, definitely look to use Rockello real estate! I had another agent say to me “ ooh but they’re very new!!” YES they are but that makes them keen, on the ball and hard working!!! Harry and Niall are great guys, down to earth, straight talking and honest! There’s none of the scripted crap that you can get from others and they make you feel like you are their only customer! Also the best thing is they are much cheaper than the other agents around us!! My house had only been on the market with them 8 days when they showed my buyer around! It has all happened so quickly and if you go on their pages you will see how many properties they are selling quickly! So do yourself a favour and give Harry or Niall a call, guys you are doing an exceptional job. Thank you so much ?? Rachel Baker ????
