Unless of course , you want to be kept in the dark, and do the job of an estate agent yourself?? consistently chasing for updates (that's if you can get through on the phone lines as more than likely they do not answer) and when they do, get spoken to in a very rude and unprofessional manor (like you are a hindrance)
Very poor service , the buyer of the property we listed with wh brown had a very poor service too! - very close to loosing sale as a result.
No contact throughout the process !
Happy to sign you up , take the fee ! But do zero work.
Will be logging a formal complaint .

Tried to arrange a viewing. Viewing only available on a certain day at a time i could not make, due to working. Didn't seem interested in trying to work with the seller to accommodate a suitable time and date i would be able to attend.
Surely it would be in William H Brown's interest to work with both parties to secure a possible sale.
Very poor customer service imo

DO NOT USE! Very poor customer service!! Never answer the phone or emails! Slow to chase things up and we constantly had to chase them for updates!! And certainly DO NOT use their recommended solicitors (Gilson Gray) I’m surprised they are still in business!! Absolutely disgusting and shocking customer service!

Unfortunately had a rather bad experience, they took over half a year to get just 3 viewings and kept trying to get me to knock huge amounts off the asking price which had already gone down by 100k.
Once an eager cash buyer came along they never picked up the phone and had an awfully long turnaround for emails. The buyer nearly walked away as he couldn’t put his offer in, luckily I gave him my mobile during the viewing.
Net result I had to negotiate the offer with the buyer (which was full asking price so no reductions where required) then had to help him get his proof of funds and ID sorted as they didn’t seem interesting in processing his offer, and then did all the hard work chasing the solicitors through the process whilst William H Brown just write me an invoice for nearly 6k for doing absolutely nothing in the process and not having a clue what the solicitors were doing!
I feel scammed, avoid at all costs!
