Absolutely avoid this estate agency at all costs! Full of promises they never pull through on disgusted how they never sorted our hot water issues in kitchen and bathroom from Dec 2017 - March 2019 had many plumbers out etc and nothing was done. Plus our garage door collapse nearly hitting my partner! Again nothing done until after we hand3d in our notice. I had to chase them for things to be fixed then when it comes to ending our tenancy with them due to them being incompetent they added things on the list that were never there to begin with and yes I have pictures to prove this! My advice go with more reputable business ie Michael tuck, property centre etc never had any problems and any faults they fixed very fast and efficiently.... Read more
