3rd Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)I was the buyer of a property for sale with Hamptons, and I found them to be extremely helpful and professional. There were times where the seller and seller's seller made things quite difficult and I felt I could have a conversation with Hamptons and they managed the difficult situations and all parties expectations well. I would recommend Hamptons to friends and family.

They gave us advice all the way through, suggesting different selling strategies to try and boost viewings and offering wise counsel when offers were received. All the time they were friendly, approachable and encouraging and handled the viewings on our behalf perfectly. Their communication with us could not have been better. Initially we used two agents (a supported move feature of a new housebuilder). We had no viewings at all through the other agent, yet, at the same time, The Property Centre were able to find us interested people. Need I say more!
22nd Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Dreadful renting through them, faulty appliances provided by them refused to be replaced, multiple issues in regards to both water and space heating that refused to be replaced, which is illegal, repeatedly ignored phone calls to chase issues, refused to provide legal paperwork when requested. Glad to be away from them, record all conversations with them and keep copies of all emails incase you need to take legal action, which I'm consulting a legal firm to do so. Don't believe me? Check out the negative reviews and the passive aggressive attitude Farr and Farr present and you'll see what they are really like.

10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)Website shows you can have a free valuation of your home. After deciding we would like to move, but needing to know how much our house is worth before really looking, i thought i would try CJ Hole for a valuation. Only to be told "we cant help you". I presume this is because they dont want to help if you dont have a house lined up or an eye on one to buy. How are you meant to know what houses to look at if you dont know the budget? After asking why, i was told "we dont really deal with that side of Cheltenham". Although our next door neighbours was sold via Cj Hole and is only 7minutes away. Will be using another estate agents to sell our house with who actually seem to want to help.

From the beginning has been exceptional in first the presentation and launch of my property as well getting an amazing number of prospective buyers through the door. Once the sale was agreed pretty quickly dear Laura, took over to oversee the legal process always reporting every single detail to me by phone as she liaised with all the solicitors involved.
