18th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)We had a very difficult conveyancing due to problems with our buyer and it seemed like exchange and completion would never happen. But Perry Bishop did a great job of getting the sale over the line and supported us all the way in difficult times. We particularly want to acknowledge Jade Allen, who did an outstanding job keeping on top of the chain. She worked tirelessly to co-ordinate with buyers and their solicitors and kept us constantly updated. She also kept our spirits up when it seemed it would never happen. We feel it may never have happened if it wasn’t for the commitment Jade put into it. We highly recommend the service provided by Jade and the Perry Bishop team in Cirencester.

Providing guidance and possible properties for us to discuss and view. Should we have brought through Hamptons I am sure she would have provided excellent assistance.
26th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)The most useless company to deal with with the most unprofessional staff .I have been chasing my tenancy deposit for the past one month ,3 months after I left the apartment but effort is not paying off. I have called several time but they wont pick their calls and if they ever pick the call ,the manager is not always on seat ,they won't reply your email. If there is anything less than 1 star.i would not hesitate for one moment to do that.

Nick and all the staff pulled out all the stops to get the right buyer and were exceptional at communication. Updating me with feedback after viewings and keeping me informed as the sale progressed. They are such a good company to deal with and you feel that they genuinely have your interest at heart and are not just after earning commission. Nick will do the right thing for each individual seller or buyer. Would definitely recommend people to use them. Thank you for making what can be a stressful progress much easier.

I highly recommend them: especially Yolande and Cameron who were both very helpful, highly efficient and lovely to work with. I have dealt with lots of letting agents over the years, but I can honestly say this is the first time where the whole process was seamless and stress-free! Thank you team; I'm glad I discovered you!

30th Apr 2026 (5 days ago)The three sales agents seemed very nice and friendly and listened to our comments and feedback on the brochure creation etc. We were pleased to get a lot of interest in our property from the advertising and a lot of viewings were arranged through our agency. Each viewer was accompanied by one of the agents and our house was treated respectfully. We were delighted to receive an offer of the asking price in just one week. Their standard forms were out of date with quotations for EPC pricing etc. Their standard details of the immediate area were also considerably out of date - a Farm shop was mentioned that had closed five years ago!

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. From the initial viewing right through to moving in, she handled everything professionally and efficiently. Communication was always clear and timely, which made the whole process much less stressful. Any questions or concerns I had were dealt with quickly, and Georgia was consistently friendly, approachable, and helpful.Overall, I’ve found the service to be reliable and well-organised, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Belvoir! Gloucester , especially Georgia Stevens.

24th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Murdock & Wasley turned our first home purchase into a nightmare. They failed to disclose important information, were inappropriately pushy, very dismissiveof our needs and feelings, Forwarded our private messages to the sellers to pressure us into dropping certain issues, dismissively telling us to accept faults because "it isn't a new build." On completion day, we were ignored by the directors, the staff had a "very off" vibe like oh god this is them, our congratulations card wasn't even signed. Definitely an agent for if you want to sell not for first time buyer. They lack basic and professional standards and courtesy.

Nothing has been too much to ask, Ryan has kept us up to date, allowed us to have a second viewing to measure up and has been lovely, easy to talk to and very professional throughout! We would happily recommend Chosen Estate Agents to others when buying a house if you want frequent updates, peace of mind and a friendly, customer focused approach!

Jason kept me in the loop with absolutely everything, and the process from start to finish has been amazing. I cannot recommend him enough. I originally purchased the house from him and re-sold with him. Fantastic service.
