Booked 2 viewings with this estate agent, they then cancel both, without us even being allowed to view either property. I understand the demand on letting at the moment, but to let out the properties without letting everyone you booked in for viewings, to actually view the properties is ridiculous!

This company was our vendors Estate Agent, but I can honestly say what a professional and courteous company they are. Special recognition goes to Ryan who has dealt with us from the first time we saw the property a year ago, to us actually deciding to purchase some months later. He has always been very helpful and at times went above and beyond dealing with issues, when the vendor refused to. He ensured he kept us updated with the conveyancing process and status, and would contact solicitors further down the chain to obtain more information when needed. I can not recommend this company enough, thank you.
