I wanted to share with you my experience in moving into a rented accommodation, I was under the care of Chris, he supported me through out the whole process in meeting the landlord, showing me the property always responded quickly to any of my enquiries that I had, he has been outstanding throughout.
Best estate agent I have dealt with very profession and n his role, team have also been amazing. So my thanks go to all.

We’ve rented a 3 bedroom property in West Cheshunt and stayed couple of years, everything was okay with maintenance but it took long time to get our deposit back even though we left the house better condition than how we took it.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Aubrey & Finn, and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. Nick was absolutely excellent throughout the entire process. From our first interaction, he was attentive and knowledgeable, patiently answering all of my questions and addressing every query I had.
Nick's guidance was invaluable. He took the time to ensure that I understood each step of the process, making what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and straightforward one. His expertise and helpfulness were evident at every turn, and I felt truly supported from start to finish.

The only reason I've given one star is because of Nick Baker's excellent service throughout the tenancy. He helped through the rental process and always responded to my emails on time with my concerns.
Other than that this was the worst experience with an estate agency I have ever dealt with while living in this country concerning repairs and maintenance. I was left to live in a flat with mould for 6 months even after reports and voicing my concerns to the property manager.
They claimed that I had not reported issues unyet I sent emails. When I reported them to the council they claimed they didn't know about the mould in the flat.
I had to report them to the Council again and eventually the Property Ombudsman because of the bad services I received from them.
They took advantage of the fact that my lease was long with no break clause and that I am not a native of this country. They would not treat a british person this way and would not accept such behaviour and level of service from anyone themselves. They have not given me any formal apology for the way I have been treated and the horrible service I received.
I HAVE SINCE LEFT THE PROPERTY AND I HAVE BEEN CHASING THE RETURN OF MY DEPOSIT SINCE THE 26TH APRIL AND I HAVE HAD TO CONSTANTLY FOLLOW UP. I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED IT AND HAVE HAD TO ESCALATE IT TO BOTH THE PROPERTY REDRESS SCHEME AND THE DEPOSIT PROTECTION SCHEME.
My advice to anyone who signs a lease with them is to always keep records of communication from them because given the chance, they will deny knowing anything.

Number one cheaters. Let contractors work and promise of payment after 30 days but they don't pay. They owe me £1665 but are neither paying nor mentioning any reason for non-payment. I am sending notice through debt recovery or court.

Still haven’t heard from nick or Darlyne regarding my invoice due from the 5th of April. I have been emailing, ringing and no communication and when I do speak to someone it’s always just an excuse or they will say they will sort it today. Then nothing happens. I can’t believe how unprofessional and how hard it is to communicate or pay a simple invoice that was sent weeks ago. They have the deposit from the old tenant who is paying for the clean I carried out for them. I went out my way to help them and this is what I get in return….
I want paying my money I’m owed.

Still no Communication or response from Darlyne or nick now going on to the 3rd week.
I am owed money from an invoice and this is getting very frustrating now. Can’t believe how hard it is to communicate or to pay an invoice?
