27th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very disappointed. My allocated parking space is always taken by another car, and I cannot park my own car. Management cannot provide documents to prove it is my space. I am now thinking to call the police, which is unacceptable for a resident. Second problem: the remote fob does not work. This issue is not fixed for months. Unfortunately, the purchase did not happen for personal reasons and decisions, nothing to do with the vendor or the very beautiful property they were selling. But Mrs Azra has been helpful and graceful in this circumstances also, never treating us any different for changing our minds and offering to help with whatever we needed propertywise in the future. 1st May 2026 (4 days ago)I used William H Brown to sell my home 2026. I was very impressed with the service they provided. Daniel dealt with the initial stages of the sale. I found him very helpful, communicative, friendly and very professional, with the assistance of Finley they both provided a service that was exceptional. In addition to this, David the branch manager was also amazing. All together the service we received during what can be a very stressful time, made the whole process much more bearable, and relatively stress free. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. 5 stars to William H Brown St Albans, and 10 out of 10 for Daniel and David.
