They were thoughtful, professional and gave us really useful advice throughout the process, particularly when it came to assessing the different offers we received.<br><br>They were also excellent at communicating with the buyers and keeping everything moving, which made the whole process much easier for us. On top of that, we were very happy with the rate they offered us.<br><br>A really good experience from start to finish, and we’d happily recommend Grant and the team.

As first-time buyers, we really appreciated how supportive and approachable they were throughout the entire process.<br><br>They were always easy to get hold of, quick to respond, and more than happy to talk through any questions we had, no matter how small. They even invited us to their office for a more detailed chat, taking the time to walk us through everything and make sure we felt comfortable at each stage.<br><br>What really stood out was how proactive they were in keeping things progressing smoothly, while also ensuring everything was handled efficiently and with care.<br><br>Overall, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
25th Nov 2019 (6 years ago)I first met Gareth of the Marshalswick Bradford and Howley branch when I was looking for somewhere to buy. He went out of his way to give me hints and tips about selling my place and buying - even though I was with another agent. The agent I was with made lots of errors and after the contracted time was over, I made the decision to sell with Bradford and Howley and 2 other agents. The other agents, despite all they promised, weren't able to bring many people round to view and I soon made the decision to go sole agent with Bradford and Howley. Unfortunately the market was very slow and after so much time on the market, the house was not easy to sell. The team at Marshalswick stuck with it though and kept up momentum keeping bringing prospective buyers round, despite me feeling quite down hearted. When we finally achieved a sale, the team in St Albans took over and the sale was finalised. Both Marshalswick and St Albans were friendly and approachable and didn't ever mind me asking questions, giving me reassurance etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or in using them again.

From the start, all the team members were respectful, on time, supportive, friendly and efficient.<br>Erin Mcnamara was incredible. She was quick to reply and find answers and solutions, within her possibilities, during the renting process.<br>Jack and Ella were patient, informative and very friendly during viewings and quick to reply.<br>Sam was extremely helpful during the contract signing, supporting me with the documentation and giving me some information on providers for the home, as I'm new to the UK.<br>The house was very presentable and clean from the start, and it was visible that it has been well taken care of.<br>Moving in is going to be exciting and made simpler thanks to the team. ??????

All the staff i’ve interacted with have been lovely, especially when there’s been problems in the process which they’ve sorted out quickly. Having rented multiple other properties previously with different agents, we can confidently say that Martin & Co are the best letting agents we have ever dealt with as tenants. They are friendly, highly approachable and attentive. Any issues we had with our property were swiftly dealt with. The property management is organised by the staff in the local office, meaning communication and organisation was so easy. They have also always been respectful of our busy lives and we feel they really cared about our experience as tenants. We would highly recommend renting a property through them and would also think they are an excellent agent to use as a landlord for property management. A refreshing experience!

My solicitor recommended Paul Barker. I am so pleased she did. My brother had not been able to keep the house in good decorative order so it was a challenge to sell. Paul and his delightful team took control of the whole process, marketing, viewings, remedial works which became necessary, offers and negotiations around them and clinching the final deal.
