We have been impressed with the communication throughout. Firstly, Anna was able to conduct an effective zoom viewing and get the ball rolling as we lived some distance away. Reeds Rains did an excellent job overall in selling my late mother’s house earlier in 2021. Zeta, Cathy and the rest of the team were energetic and enthusiastic at all points, both in getting the house onto the market, marshalling and accompanying viewings, then in finding buyers. Unfortunately the first three sales fell through, in each case due to the buyer withdrawing:- each time Reeds Rains secured a new buyer very quickly. After the third failure, we agreed a minor change in marketing approach, and again, a buyer was quickly secured, this time successfully. Charges were very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending their services, and would use them again myself.

I got a couple of quotes before selling our house, Reeds rains were the most competitive price and also followed up the valuation with a detailed email, the other company I had to chase for info. They were really easy to deal with and stood out as very professional throughout. They made sure to get feedback from all viewing that I did and report back to me in a timely manner. I would 100% use Reeds Rains again If I needed to in the future.

Reeds rains have helped to not only sell a property for me but have also supported me to find a property to buy, taking into account our specifications and needs. Although the process has been slow due to the current market they have been supportive and responsive during every conversation. Would definitely recommend

Excellent service and very patient team. Was in the middle of a 4month house purchase (due to issues with mortgages) but the estate agents have been great. Shout out to Cathy who has kept me in the loop throughout the process and been very understanding about the delays on my end.
I've rented properties in the past multiple times with lousy Estate agents. Reeds are brilliant!
