We have sold STC through Michael Poole and they have been great - Chris came to do our valuation - he was thorough, friendly and far from pushy! Helen is our Sales Progression contact and she has been so helpful to the extent she even contacted solicitors of our purchase to hurry them along a little given we are facing delays there, unfortunately we aren’t getting this service without pushing for it from the other “estate agent” - some of the team in the Eston branch also offered to look over our paperwork with us - we just wish we had bought through Michael Poole too!!

I used Michael Poole, Eston to sell my late father’s home on Church Lane which sold in less than seven days which was valued correctly in line with the current market.
From start to finish I found that the staff were very efficient in what they do and super knowledgeable and helpful being kept up to date through out the whole process by Helen in sales progression.
Like anything there are always minor hiccups throughout the process of selling or buying a property but be rest assured Helen worked her magic and things seemed to progress seamlessly.
Weekly checks were carried out on my property by Michael Poole’s and Helen over saw the viewing by the buyer.
I can’t thank Helen and all the staff at Michael Poole, Eston enough for their amazing and outstanding service in selling my property and would highly recommend their Estate agency should you be looking to either sell a property or buy one as I do not think you will be disappointed.

I have had dealings with the Redcar and Eston offices. I found that there was good communication from both offices. This is good as selling or buying a house is probably the biggest purchase anyone makes. I was given realistic prices. I was selling and I found confidence in the agents I dealt with. Brilliant service. From having my property valued I handed the keys to the Agent as the house was empty to allow them to show any respective buyer.
All the hassle was taken away from me. Every time the house was viewed they asked for feedback and call me to inform me as well as informing me when anyone was viewing.

Assoulutley disgusting service from this estate agent they leave tennents without hot water for days
Property unsecure with broken locks as their exuse is they are busy ant their maintenance men ard not at work
Rude impolite staff at some of their offices
These people need tonbd reminded they they get paid for their service and they have a duty of care to their tennents so they can live innpeace of mind any repairs get carried out

If you want your house selling, then these are the guys to go with. You pay that little bit more but we sold the house within 14 days or so. For selling the property they would be a straight 5 *. The 3 star has taken into account their customer care. Nothing against Audrey as she took over half way through our process. But before we were getting a lot of calls to make alot of calls to other parties ourselves to resolve matters - I believe that's one of the reasons we pay you a premium, correct me if I'm wrong. But yeah, if you want to sell your house, and don't have a care for customer l, provider relations, go with these. The guy who done our valuation was brilliant and so informative.

My husband and I visited Micheal Poole Estate Agents as we are looking to purchase a family home as first time buyers, I must say the assistance received from Megan was excellent. She was quite knowledgeable about the local areas, giving advice on safe locations, schools, shopping distance and much more as we weren't sure as to the specific area we wanted to live. Georgina and Kelley had very good local knowledge of the area, they knew the properties they had for sale. They where very helpful in giving advice to maximise a sale. Where very prompt with feedback from potential buyers, they explained the process of selling very well. Most of all, they actually sent buyers to view property, another local agent had sent two prospective buyers, these ladies sent many. many more and sold the property.
