I stayed at the holiday let in Largs, Ayrshire. I found the owners to be very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable of the locality and available for when I had anything to ask. The flat is situated a very short walking distance from the local seaside town. And the neighbours were really lovely and friendly. First impressions of the flat, was that it was easy to find and near the train station, the kitchen was well equipped, flat very clean, tastefully styled with a secure coded entrance. Once in the main entrance there was another door up to the flat and the stairs were steep, but I am small, so would find stepladders steep. The bathroom was really lovely, very modern and clean. Shower was amazing and the welcome miniature toiletries was a nice gift. All good quality. The kitchen is quite narrow, but ideal for one person to move around in. There was plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils to use and I found everything was suitable for my stay, only things I needed to purchase was food. The livingroom was comfortable and also had enough space to move around in, the couch doubled as a sofa bed. The flat was bijou and very relaxing. Now to the bedroom the most amazing comfortable mattress. I spent the days walking along the shore, viewing stunning sunsets and then returning to the flat and having a great nights sleep. Although quite a bit of traffic passes the flat during the day, it is actually really quiet during the night. The shops are within a 5 minute walk of the flat. There is also closeby train, ferry and bus links. The flat is situated in a perfect position and I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday experience. I would definately recommend.... Read more

We had a lovely stay in the apartment whilst visiting family. Very clean and good facilities. Apartment was in fab location. On arrival we did have issues with the instructions for the heating. We used the app as suggested but instructions on their were either wrong or confusing. After a call to the agents it was cleared up but definitely could do with an update. I would also suggest that the switches in the kitchen are labelled as to show which is for hot water, dish washer etc. As all them are white with red light, cannot distinguish which is which. Would make it much more user friendly. Rubbish needs to be taken to outside refuge area. Could not find bin with property number and had to put in neighbours, which I would imagine could cause problems should our stay have been longer. Outside of the building also needs updating. Does not look like the photo shown, needs a good lick of paint. Overall though we had a lovey time and would stay again.... Read more

Avoid this estate agent to manage your Airbnb or service appartment. It's a total waste of time and money......speaking from a point of view of an avid landlord in Glasgow. The rude, arrogant and unfriendly manner they treat you as a customer is very disappointing. Kathleen is so unprofessional, rude, unapologetic, unhelpful and very defensive. She speaks and act like she's doing you a favour after paying with your own hard earned money. We checked into an Airbnb apartment managed by this agent called Cozy Arran View Apartment' The apartment was filty, smelly and had strands of pet hair and human hair in different parts of the house. The property also had dusty curtains, dusty lamp shades, uncleaned mirror from previous guest. My youngest daughter had strands of pet hair in her socks and hair within 10 mins of staying in the living room. My oldest daughter is allergic to pet hair and so we couldn't bear staying in the apartment any longer than 30 mins after arriving. Regardless of whether an apartment is pet friendly or free, the host ought to have made reasonable effort in cleaning up the apartment properly before checking in the next guest. When I complained to the host(Kathleen), she was very rude, unfriendly, and very defensive rather than making effort to remediate the issues raised. Due to my daughter's health condition we couldn't bear staying in the apartment. As she was already sneezing and itchy shortly after arriving at the apartment. Worst experience ever. Avoid this estate agent. Will definitely not recommend them or use them. Never never again.... Read more
