Dervish the owner of the company is directly hands on and deals with any issues you may have straight away. Saying that he leaves no room for issues to start with. Great service, friendly and reliable. The best agent by far.

My partner and I both had a really positive experience with Bentley Matthews moving into our perfect home. We dealt with Raza and Dervish who were very helpful with processing our application so we were able to move in quickly. They have been professional, efficient and alway go the extra mile, we will definitely be using them for all our future homes.

Totally waste of my day.
Seen the property online, booked the viewing,
Nice person but very unprofessional.
After the viewing the price has increased to £2400 from £1777 just the day before.
Can't not attach picture to prove.

I moved in with the intention of staying for 6 months, which turned into around 2 years.
Dervish is so helpful and friendly, if ever there was a problem with the flat - whatever the issue, he would get it sorted.
If I hadn’t needed to move for work, I would no doubt still be renting from him. To have all bills included as well as afford rent, it was ideal.

To Bentley Matthews service as a whole it was good. We had some issues in regards to tenancy agreements in which we were not given the house we were promised, however, I believe this fault on both sides and I must take some responsibility for this. Regardless, we are quite happy now in the house, and we could not of done this without the help of Dervish. He has been really helpful and dedicated much of his time to me, to ensure that I had a good reliable service.
Maintenance team are really good, and friendly!

We personally had an amazing time w bentley matthews! As international students new to the whole process of renting we found it hard to liase with most agents as they really didn't understand our concerns as students but Dervish knew clearly what we needed and was always ready to answer our questions! The process was extremely easy, and I'd highly recommend them specially to students!

Fellow students please read this carefully. DO NOT DEAL WITH BENTLEY MATTHEWS estate agency in tiller road
This year In February time I think !! we booked a house in the Isle of dogs , only then to be moved to another yard it’s all a scam and the other negative reviews I have seen on google reviews for this company are so so true
The agent Dervish lied about what room we could use as a bedroom
We didn’t want to say anything before as we were scared that we would be left with a yard for us all
The owner of the houses from what we know to be Mr Rakesh Patel is not to be trusted from what we have been told by fellow housemates, we won’t be staying here next year, on a good note his builder is a bag of laughs and puts the landlord down lol

Reza and Dervish were very helpful and nice since the beginning. Reza showed me the house I was interested in and then redirected me to Dervish for all the paperwork. Dervish was very clear, he explained everything perfectly and answered to all the doubts we had. They did an amazing job and allowed us to move in into our new house in just one week. Excellent and very fast service!!
