Dervish is so helpful and friendly, if ever there was a problem with the flat - whatever the issue, he would get it sorted. To Bentley Matthews service as a whole it was good. We had some issues in regards to tenancy agreements in which we were not given the house we were promised, however, I believe this fault on both sides and I must take some responsibility for this. Regardless, we are quite happy now in the house, and we could not of done this without the help of Dervish. DO NOT DEAL WITH BENTLEY MATTHEWS estate agency in tiller road This year In February time I think !! we booked a house in the Isle of dogs , only then to be moved to another yard it’s all a scam and the other negative reviews I have seen on google reviews for this company are so so true The agent Dervish lied about what room we could use as a bedroom We didn’t want to say anything before as we were scared that we would be left with a yard for us all The owner of the houses from what we know to be Mr Rakesh Patel is not to be trusted from what we have been told by fellow housemates, we won’t be staying here next year, on a good note his builder is a bag of laughs and puts the landlord down lol...
