Ask about the Internet connectivity and check mobile reception if you are considering buying. Friends of mine just bought and they are disconnected from the outside world and apart from meaningless customer support letters there is no action or compensation. How would you cope with limited mobile reception and not having internet access in your home? Welcome to what Berkeley considers to be modern living. You pay premium, move in and surprise surprise things are not working. Keep in mind: They will never tell you what is NOT working.... Read more

Very poor sale service. As soon as you have exchanged, you are left on your own! They don't tell you that you can request alterations to the property and when the deadline for such request is - when you asked them how come your neighbours' requests were accommodated and not yours, they turned around and said well you did not ask early enough. How would i know *when* to ask if you didn't tell me in the first place that such alterations were possible and by when i needed to submit my request?? Appalling service not worthy of the brand name and the price that you pay for a property here.... Read more
