Zac and Damian were a pleasure to work with. Unlike a previous experience with a high street agent their attention to detail during the marketing process was faultless. During a difficult period for the housing market they furnished us with 4 genuine offers and although 2 fell through ( buyers change of circumstances) Maison handled the negotiations with transparency and integrity in all cases. Essentially there are no surprises with these guys which is exactly what you want but difficult to find in today's market. Very highly recommended.

We bought and sold through Maison's Bromley and Orpington branch in April this year, and I can honestly say that if it wasn't for Victoria, we would not have been able to buy our dream home! We came to Victoria with a fairly impossible proposition, having found our perfect home but not being on the market ourselves, and within a week she had not only got us on the market, but secured an amazing offer on our home which enabled us to move forward with our onward purchase. As a smaller, boutique company, Maison offer a personalised approach which undoubtedly benefitted us in terms of moving things along so quickly, but Victoria herself was also incredible to work with; a consummate professional who was a breath of fresh air in how honest and transparent she was with us throughout the entire process, and frequently stepped in to support when other actors in the chain (read: solicitors...) weren't moving as swiftly as needed. Victoria helped us to exchange and complete on our house sale and purchase within 9 weeks, and was a constant source of support, advice, and professional recommendations. I have already recommended her to friends and family, and will only defer to her if and when we have a future house sale. I have no hesitation in recommending Maison, and in particular Victoria for the Bromley and Orpington branch, if you are looking to sell or buy! We recently sold our house with Maison and found the service from start to finish to be excellent. The pictures taken of our home were fantastic and certainly helped in attracting interest to the house.
Damian was really helpful especially in dealing with the rest of the chain and the various solicitors!
We always had regular updates and it was very refreshing to have a WhatsApp group set up making communication very easy.
Additionally their longer working hours really helped move things along.

Zac and Damian were a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process of selling our house.
We brought them on board to replace a high street estate agent who had secured many viewings, but no offers on our house.
The difference we felt when Maison came on board was immediate. It was a much more personal approach. Feedback came very quickly after every viewing and candid chats throughout, which certainly helps. Zac attended every viewing and was helpful regarding tweeks we could make to showcase our home in the best possible way.

A personal selling service that is incredible! Their understanding of how to dress a home, take stunning pictures and prepare a house for market goes beyond words. They listened and were considerate. They actually made selling your home fun if that is at all possible. The viewings were all taken care of. We sold our house within 48 hrs of the viewings.
Communication couldn't be better. Constantly updated, and when it came to choosing a buyer they supported and understood our emotional attachment to the home and found the perfect buyer. It didn't end there. Msison hen supported us through buying our new home. They gave amazing recommendations for a solicitor who hasn't let us down. They really know their stuff. Zac at Maison Partnership breaks down all the negative stereotypes you would usually associate with estate agents. Zac sold our property before it even went to market and I honestly believe it's because of his knowledge of local areas, taking the time to know exactly what someone is looking for in a property and realistically pricing a property.
A reliable, intelligent, honest estate agent is needed beyond marketing a house and that is something I had not really appreciated before. We had a fairly long chain, things got complex and we hit quite a few bumps in the road, but Zac never took his foot off the gas, he gave great advice and it was a pleasure to communicate (sometimes rant) with him.
On our journey to find our forever home Zac alleviated so much stress and I could probably write an essay on the amount of valuable advice he gave us. Not only did he help us to sell our house, but he supported us in finding our forever home, even though he knew nothing he had on his books was suitable for us.
I don't normally take time out to write recommendations but Zac at Maison Partnership provided such an incredible service, I feel it's the least I can do as a way of thanking them.
