Absolutely terrible customer service .. the gentleman I spoke to was very rude, unwilling to provide services to view land and asked me to call back when I was calm! I already went to try to see a piece of land, as his colleague assured me it was easy to find, and I gave up after an hour and a half. After travelling 550 miles to see it, I would expect to be treated better from calling to ask if someon could show it to me rather than wasting my time once again. If this is how Biles & Co operates then I am astounded they manage to keep their customers. Not impressed.
