My husband and I purchased a property through Hose Rhodes Dickson in October last year. We were very pleased with the service we received from the office and in particular from Leon Bletchley. We did the original viewing with him and then dealt with him until completion in October. His knowledge of the property and surrounding area was invaluable as we were moving from the mainland.
He kept us up to date with progress and managed our expectations very well in what proved to be a slightly more complicated process that we had previously thought.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending these estate agents.

I can't thank or recommend Hose Rhodes Dickson in Ryde highly enough. We had a very stressful journey buying and selling a property and could not have done it without the fantastic help and support from the staff. Ryan the manager literally went through loads of paperwork I had found which ensured our sale went through, going above and beyond. Maddie, Caitlyn, India and Leon...first class service all the way. This team of people are always so patient, professional, calm, kind and honest. There were moments when my stress levels were so high but they were always their to advise and support. What was also helpful and refreshing is that they are always at the end of the phone and/or email and will always respond. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

We decided after nearly 30years in our home that it was time to look for something more suited to our needs. Things have changed a lot since we last sold so we were both a little apprehensive about the process. The team at Hose Rhodes Dickson Ryde were so supportive and guided us through the whole thing from start to finish.
We know Ryde very well and so we were very specific about where we wanted to move to, and the team didn’t waste our time with suggestions that we weren’t interested in. We found exactly what we were looking for very quickly.
What started out as a very straightforward buy and sell became very stressful after our buyers buyer pulled out but both Leon and Ryan worked tirelessly to keep our chain together and made numerous calls and emails to all parties to keep us all informed.
Leading up to Christmas it was looking doubtful and one point whether it was going to happen but Leon went above and beyond to keep it all together, even checking in on his day off! I have no doubt if it wasn’t for his persistence in chasing up and down the chain we wouldn’t be here now! We love our new home and I would highly recommend the team at Ryde.

We recently sold a property for my mother through Hose Rhodes. Ryan made my mother feel very comfortable with the process, showing genuine care and interest in her welfare during the sale. Ryan and the team contributed to a very swift sale, keeping us fully informed along the way and were very quick to deal with any query we had. If a message was left with a team member there would be an email or phone call to follow it up on the same day. I would definitely recommend Hose Rodes if you are looking for good old fashioned customer service for the sale of a property.

Our move, back in 2022, was rather complicated, due to the nature of the property we were buying. This inevitably added to the stress of moving, but the team at Ryde office were always approachable, calm and professional, which helped us enormously. Very interesting meeting with two of the team. We laughed from the minute they arrived. I have so much literature now to digest, and did not realise they can provide a "Let to let" service which could well be of interest, if I prefer to not totally burn bridges.

From Viewings, liasing with all the different parties, feeding back information and just makimg you feel.welcome and looked after. HRD really does excel at all of the above.
Completely new to the housing market, that was always moving so fast, Caitlyn in the office excelled at being a great focal point of our house search. Living on the mainland and not having direct access to the properties, Caitlyn always found the time to update us, provide us with real time information, keep us positive and never gave up on finding our new home and truly seemed to care and be as invested in our search as we were.
After a few near misses, we finally found the home we could see a future in and once again Caitlyn was there to greet us with a big smile, infectious enthusiasm, giving up her time to show us around and has still kept up that communication all the way through the offer stage and through to the contracts.
Caitlyn has helped us through every step of the way so far, with superb communication, reliability and attentiveness that only comes from people that care and her emails always bring a smile.
