I had to leave one star as that is the minimum, but it should be zero. Jonathan showed us around a house we loved the house, had some discussions about the house and price and put a offer in, heard nothing and had to chase, in the end we tracked one of the estate vendor for a farm in Garnant, we were told the advert was wrong that the property was being sold with 1.8 acres rather than the 3.5 or 8 acres on the advert, mentioned to the estate agent jonathan and he didnt seem to care his advert was in correct. Told the vendors about our offer which was later rejected by Jonathan, we put a further offer in, again heard nothing for a long time, tried to phone Jonathan to find out he just forwarded our numbers to his mail box, spoke to the one of the estate vendors about our procedeable position and put offer within 4% bearing in mind the property needed extensive work and had been on the market for more than 2 years and heard nothing back, tried to contact by email, message, phone and nothing. We felt as if it was because I was from South Wales and not from West Wales our offer wasn't even considered or put through to the owners if the house. If you are thinking about buying a property from Jonathan as its only him there I would completely avoid as he won't get back to you and will be a terrible service, I can't believe anyone would want to sell with him, speaking to other estate agents they have heard all kinds of horror stories. Jonathan is a true gentleman, he went above and beyond to take us round 5 available properties after we booked 1 viewing. He spent the whole day with us. His knowledge of the properties he is agent for is exemplary and his close relationship with his vendors underlines what a fabulous agent he really is. I can't rate Jonathan etc al at BJP enough; we had an ardous conveyancing and were relocating from Kent. Even though they were not our agents Jonathan kept us fully informed, liaising with everyone and returned all calls. Had a few issues when we did finally move and they popped round after a few days to check in and even offered to light our range/lend us heating equipment. Couldn't ask for more really. Absolute jokers. If you want to buy a property, or in fact sell one successfully.. stay well away. Didn't put our offer forward to the vendor and kept feeding us rubbish about how the vendor was a "nightmare" (actually disclosed a lot of the vendors personal information to us too in relation to their situation and financial position), when offer finally was put forward... because we contacted vendor directly, it was accepted, however these lot then made every step of the process so difficult we ended up pulling out of the process.... 20 mins Late for viewing. Nice friendly guy to your face. Put a asking price offer in on 1st June. Still no reply. Office is permanently shut with light on 24/7 stating out on viewing and phone numbers which no one answers. No returned emails, messages or phone calls, notes through office door. Nothing works to get through. Only time they answer is if you use a different number then it's only once. Why anyone puts their property with them to sell is beyond me. They cause so much stress. Maybe it's because we aren't Welsh! As someone else has said before.... Read more

Do not use these agents at any cost we have been dealing with Jonathan Morgan for months and he never ever returns calls, answers emails or letter or answers his phone, or texts. We have put our offer in twice for a property and has not even put our offer forward. He is very dishonest, unprofessional and he lacks any kind of business accrument whatsoever. I do not know why people use this Agent both Vendors and Prospective Purchasers bother with him. Shame he is not registered and has no qualifications that we can find as if he did he should be struck off,... Read more

If you are a Nationalist who really does not want the English in Wales - use BJP Residential Ltd, Llandeilo! Those who do not meet vetting criteria will have phone calls and emails ignored. Your offers will not be passed to sellers. There is no chance with this firm if you do not meet the criteria. Companies House has not recieved accounts from this business since January 2022 and is threatening to strike BJP Residential Limited off their list.... Read more

Nightmare for buyers. Estate agents didn't turn up for 2 viewings we had booked on separate days. Finally attended the viewing, made an offer and radio silence. Can't get through to the office, the mobile number just rings out and text messages ignored. Website appears to be down too and companies house shows overdue accounts and insolvent!?... Read more
