Susan and Les were fantastic. We live 250 miles away and they sold our property in the middle of a pandemic! One potential buyer told us that Les was 'extremely knowledgeable' about the cottage and its history so that when 'lockdown' allowed them to view the property they felt they already knew it. They always called us back promptly if we left a voicemail and Susan always responded very quickly to emails. We would highly recommend them to anyone. We bought through Profile Homes and sold eight and a half years later through Profile Homes. When we bought we found Les and Susan to be very honest, they take great photos and their property descriptions are the best on the market. When we decided to sell there was only one choice of agent and that was of course Profile Homes. It wasn't an easy time to sell as the transaction was completed during the Covid lockdown and it was very frustrating at times. Les & Susan kept the momentum of our sale and purchase going and we were kept informed and up to date throughout the process. We were very lucky to have come across Profile Homes and would highly recommend them as your selling agent. Having exchanged on the Thursday and moved out on the Monday the stress levels should have been high, but our removal firm Falconers also did a sterling job. Thanks for everything Les and Susan....
