Absolutely shocking customer service took 3 weeks to first come out to value my property then when they did did not call me back with an update instead I called them and asked on the phones”appraisal please’ and was advised they will not work with me cos I was rude how is ‘appraisal please’ rude ? Had a used abusive language that would be rude then they call themselves professional ??? More like stuck up and arrogant do not use this firm they do not care about potential customers they are too busy alledgedly or to stuck up their own noses ! Spend your money elsewhere and stay away from Glenn he needs to learn manners before taking on a customer facing role !... Read more

Not good if your lease a business!! Whatch out for the business insurance they slap on you and want the full amount ASAP. Then when you ask them to repair a wall they inform me its not included in the insurance and I will have to pay a professional to do the job !! Not happy ????... Read more

Breakey and Nuttall have been managing our family Industrial estate since 2016. Dunkerley Brothers at Woodend Mills. This includes all aspects of the estate management. Building and site maintenance, liaising with tenants, negotiating leases, rent reviews, unit lets, utilities, health and safety, service charge administration. We needed a hands on professional Company fully conversant with the legal and practical expertise required to manage a complex site which has 21 diverse units to let and 3 differing areas of commercial building construction. If I could leave half a star I would - all smiles when leasing a unit but when you leave beware !! not a nice company One example of a leaving requirement we received was:- A commercial Tenant must comply with the Law and provide a satisfactory fixed wiring certificate for the property. We had to pay for a solicitor to get involved with this to confirm that no such law exists... Read more
