MAIN BUSINESS LINE MAILBOX FULL, UNABLE TO REPORT AN EMERGENCY DIRECTLY. VULNERABLE OCCUPIER HAS NO ELECTRICITY OUT OF HOURS AFTER 6PM NO ONE TO ALERT AND NO OPTION ONLINE TO GET IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. I now know the problem!!!! the boss is crazy, man not normal. property manager harry left, benjamin left. jake left and all ladies left. no body answer the phone and boss is very not nice. he pushed me outside the office and shoting me !!! this company is going down!!! we will not pay my rent anyomore! you dont fix my problem in flat. now i know why no one there. crazy boss. also new boy jak doing lettings is very very rude. Horrible Experience!!!! Dealt with Zac Ben, he was communicating in the beginning when we asked if it was available but once we put in the holding deposit for the apartment it was like he disappeared. I was constantly trying to get in contact with him via email/telephone and was getting no answer at all. He knew that we were coming to London and all the important details. He agreed with us on the date for us to move in and as it was soon approaching he stopped responding to my emails. We had to call the agency in order for them to give him a message to respond back to us, he never called, he only corresponded via email. He told us the office was closed on Friday (which was a lie, that we found out later) because we had talked to management and they said it wasnt closed, he gave us no solution or reassurance which i found extremely unprofessional and unhelpful as we were supposed to move in the next day, he said we will speak on Monday. Monday comes, we try to call him, calls are not going through ( ONCE AGAIN) we can call management, he’s apparently called in “sick”. And finally told us the apartment is unavailable. This has caused us more money than we hoped to spend and definitely caused us to have trust issues with agencies in the uk. Overall, the experience was disappointing and disheartening, no type of professionalism and would not recommend to work with this company let alone Zac Ben. Always have a back up plan and do not depend on this agency if you choose to work with them. Sincerely, Will never work with them again.... Read more

Terrible experience. We were rushed through the flat viewing despite the fact that we wanted to make a holding deposit and misinformed about how the deposit worked (they accepted 3 offers at the same time). The agent refused to refund us without explanation and it wasn't until we quoted the Tenant Fees Act that we received our deposit back. Do not recommend this agency to anyone.... Read more

Rude utterly shocking experience with these agent. Being trying to speak to someone for days with no answer. The agent (I think Zak or Mac) called back and gave a terrible attitude claiming to be working alone like his doing us favours... at the end of the call he said ''GET LOST B*ITC'' I asked him what did you just say? at that point he hang up the phone. I never leave reviews but this is unacceptable!!!! Someone like that should not be working for your company!!!!! Stay away from them AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST... Read more

I just can give you an advice. Avoid, unless there is no other option. I rather become homeless than going back to this agency. They are arrogant and ignorant. What a combination. You ask for a repair in your property. They ignore you. You ask for another property, they ignore you or better, they block your number, because you called them every day because they never call you back. Avoid, avoid, avoid.... Read more
