Nice agency with big experience in buying and selling/ rent properties. I've meet Ali, a nice guy who can help you with any problem, kind guy and open minded. They have just nice houses, clean, new furniture, kind peoples in they're houses (you can always find a nice housemate/ roomate) For a 20 years old guy who come first time in a foreing country alone, they helped me alot, they give me advices and they answered my all questions and they gave me the best house for myself. I recomand Cool Water Properties not for a short time, they really care about you! Best choise if you come in Bristol!... Read more

Thank you Enam so much for all your hard work in selling our flat, through out the whole selling process you have been more than understanding towards our needs and requirements. you worked hard to get us the right price, you provided us with regular updates and honest advice the whole time; we found you to be professional and efficient through out the process; furthermore you sign posted us to a well a known solicitor who was also very on point with everything and we didn't have to worry about delayed paperwork. I'd like to add that we've tried several agencies who did not have the time to even try to get us the right price thus under valuing our property to make a quick sale!... which obviously works in their favour but not the vendors! However Cool Water Properties had the patience to try and succeeded in such a short time we had the flat sold and tenants sorted out also by Cool Water Properties. Fantastic service. Ali was always available to answer queries and show us around the house. Everything was dealt with efficiently and professionally. From offer to move-in took 6 weeks (and would have been quicker if not for the solicitor).
