Copelands have been my management company for a long time now, probably in the region of fifteen years. During that time I have many problems with the apartment I rent out not least several leaks. The staff at Copelands always do everything they can to help, nothing is too much trouble. Emails are always answered promptly and efficiently and I rely on their knowledge of the market to advise me on matters concerning if and when to increase the rent, when the apartment needs a lick of paint and, if there is a change of tenant, whom to choose. This excellent Management Company takes the hassle out of renting.

I was in the process of buying an apartment with the help of Loraine Walsh.
The process has been extremely stressful and I have found Loraine to be, well, I have to say, perfect.
Loraine has been my contact right from the start and I have found her personal attributes to be ideal for her role.
She has always shown empathy and great patience when I have been panicking about the lack of progress due to the incompetence of 'the other side'. My emails have been answered promptly and with consideration for my concerns and her knowledge of the procedure has been reassuring.

My journey with Copelands started when looking for a flat for my mum, they were wonderful throughout, really understood our requirements and found the perfect home for her very quickly. Sadly inside two years I had to call upon their services again to sell the flat when my mum passed away. Their care, sensitivity and respect during the whole process was magnificent. Due to probate it took much longer than needed but they kept in contact frequently and held my hand throughout. I am truly grateful for your support. If you’re a young tenant, please just be mindful with this company. The first 2 years were brilliant but once COVID hit, it felt that it was difficult to please these people. We were always respectful but seemed that we didn’t get much respect back.
Luckily we worked in the legal sector and had friends that were real estate agents that gave us lots of advice. Some of the staff were unpleasant and threatened us with notice, with no prior warnings.

After a less than satisfactory start with a competitor, who were charging us almost double the price that Copelands were charging us at that (what were we thinking?????), as soon as we could cancel our contract and move Estate Agents, we did. The lady who met me at the property was so confident and I just knew she was going to sell the house for us, and she did .... within 3 days!!
Totally smooth transaction, no hiccups at all, and special mention to Loraine, who was just fabulous. We was selling this, our parents ex home, and we lived over 100 miles away, my sister in one direction and me in another. Loraine even read the electricity meter for us on the day before completion.
This is the best value agent in the area I think, and they deliver the best service - our decision to go with them was a no brainer, really. I am so glad we did. Absolutely outstanding service, would not hesitate to recommend the whole team. Thank you Copelands.

After having our property on the market with another agent in the area who we was very dissatisfied with, we asked Copelands to handle the sale. What a difference, and much better value than the other agent. Sold within 3 days and handled professionally from start to finish. Particular mention to Loraine, who went above and beyond when we needed assistance, as we live 100 miles from the property in question. Superb service, would not hesitate to recommend.
