After an awful experience with another local agent, Price & Co were absolutely fantastic. A real team effort throughout the process - onboarding, marketing, viewings and then driving the sale to completion. One thing we have learned in the sale process, is to speak to a number of agents in the area (we would suggest at least half a dozen) as the good and the bad are poles apart. And Price & Co certainly fall within the good! Thank you.

Enquired about a property that was only listed less than 24 hours earlier. Was told it was already taken and had viewings and they’d selected an applicant on the same day. I’m sorry.. what??
I’ve never known a letting agent to go about things like this, to not even give other people a chance to enquire or offer block viewings, not even allowing more people to apply and select the most suitable tenant.
It’s unethical and a very odd way to go about things. If this is how they handle things at that stage then it doesn’t set a good tone for how they handle things once they have you as a tenant.
It also seems other people have had similar experiences with this agency. Avoid.
EDIT: since received WhatsApp messages from the managing director (clearly desperate for me to remove this review) not professional and I don’t appreciate my contact details being used for means that I haven’t consented to.
Focus on running your business properly and treating people fairly and you wouldn’t have to deal with these matters.

I would highly recommend Price & Co if you are thinking of seliing your property. Very welcoming and professional from the minute I popped in for a quick chat about thinking of putting my property on the market, to actually putting it on the market. Yvonne responded quickly to value, take photos, and start the advertising. Lovely team, would highly recommend.

David was happy to answer my many phone calls and even took the time out of his lunch break to help me resolve my concerns.

Price and co manage several of our properties and have done so for a number of years. We find they provide an excellent service and all of the staff are fully aware of every requirement needed to provide us with good reliable tenants. They have the intuition to select the right people for our properties and the knowledge to ensure that everything goes smoothly. We have just had a flat become vacant and within a very short time a new tenant was found, checked and moved in without any hiccups. All services were checked and registered and our new tenants are extremely happy as are we.
We cannot praise Price and Co highly enough and always recommend them for any property purchases or rentals. This is a family run business, which gives it the personal touch and communication levels that you rarely see nowadays.
