From initially marketing the property, through the sale to completion, Country Property were thorough, diligent, professional and hard working. I recently bought a house via Country Property. The team and Liz in particular were very friendly and with me, very patient. They were professional throughout and provided a very thorough service in general. Not many agents look after and treat their buyers with the same care as their vendors, but these guys do. I would thoroughly recommend them.

We purchased our home through Country Property in Chipping Sodbury a month ago, and we can't fault the service we received. The communications from Paul & Liz were frequent and always kept us informed. We always knew what stage we were at and what we could do to nudge things along. If we emailed, we would always get a prompt response, but talking to the team was always a quick option to. We appreciated the advice & professionalism they gave us especially when our first sale (Not Country Property) fell through - I strongly believe it was their constant communucation with the whole chain that allowed us time to find a new buyer with our estate agent and hold the chain together. 100% recommend this team!

Excellent, attentive and friendly service. Just sold a house through Country Property and found their services to be excellent. They kept the property secure, accompanied visitors, and kept us informed of each visit. The staff are very professional and have great knowledge of local facilities and services. Our sale was complicated by probate, and the staff were always attentive – prompt in update and responses. And the team is very friendly. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. It made the sale very easy and stress free. Definitely recommend!

Thank you to Paul & the team for an excellent experience buying our new home.
Paul supported us through the purchase, from start to finish, he was very knowledgeable about the house and the area and went over and above throughout the process.
We sold our house through a different agent and we did not have a good experience. Paul ensured this did not impact our purchase and made sure all parties were informed throughout.
If the time ever comes to sell our new home we will we be contacting Country Property to deal with our sale and would recommend our friends do the same.
