£650.00 per month for a house in croxteth cobalt rent to my daughter. Emergency repair yes OK get done, but a kitchen which is falling apart cannot be replaced as they no longer have the units and unless she accepts odd unit doors they will not replace all of the doors /drawers and basically told tough,, this property should be sorted for her and her family she is stressed and upset and being pregnant through fertility treatment after many years its causing unnecessary anxiety which is detrimental to the her health. Cobalt don't seem to care as long as the 650.00 is going into their account each month.... Read more

I have been waiting for a repair fence for over a year. In July, I requested the replacement of kitchen units, and Cobalt confirmed it would be done. In October, I was told that the units are ok and they will be replaced in 8 years. The units crumble, parts fall off, and everything is flooded under the sink. The workers who had repaired the bathroom sometime earlier also did it wrong, and my husband had to fix everything himself.... Read more

Absolute jokes been waiting years for some of my repairs to be done and still waiting! My house is falling apart and still I am getting nowhere. I have waited in countless times for appointments for repairs to be completed and nobody turns up! Then it’s weeks/months later and it happens again for the rearranged appointments! God knows how many times the surveyors have been out took notes, pictures and emailed the relevant team, said yeh we will be in touch and again nothing! I am sick to death of getting Fobbed off with it all now … even when contractors turn up they refuse to do the work because it’s been booked in wrong and then yet again it’s another months wait. Half of the things are beyond repair and need replacing it’s an absolute joke I am now seeking legal advice as nothing is within the timescale and to a required standard.. customer service doesn’t exist at all and you just get past from pillar to post... Hello, I have a problem with the stove for six months Cobalt can not repair it, the pressure drops from it all the time and the water supply must be unscrewed all the time if it turns off, after 10 minutes the pressure drops to zero then I do not have hot water or heating and the stove is loud repaired he is already seven blows. Three weeks ago you were and said that they would replace the stove from 5 to 10 days they had to ring and silently on their part some massacre... Read more

Left without heating or hot water in the freezing cold . Advisor didn't help at all telling me to pour hot water on a pipe that she couldn't tell me where it was or just wait for it to thaw out , disgraceful uncaring . Fed up now at how many times this heating has let us down . Staff need proper training... Read more

I visited Cobalt on a weekly basis and had an amazing working relationship with the girls in ASB team. Over a 12 year period Robby the Bobby and Cobalt truly sorted some serious problems out together. The business were outstanding in sponsoring a host of projects. I was lucky to get funding for the Robby the Bobby football tournaments and discos. That allowed me to earn thousands of pounds which we donated back into the local community. It was so special...... I was involved in numerous Anti Social behaviour orders with staff. I went to court with staff on numerous occasions over individuals who would not abide by the rules. A number of families involved in a Crown court trial that shocked the World were evicted and rightly deserved to be 'kicked out' of the community for what they did. As a result of working closely with Cobalt I gave the housing sector a try myself once I retired from the Cops. Trust me KHT in Huyton did nothing diversionary wise for the local community. I thought that was a shame. I was spoilt in Croxteth, Norris Green and Fazakerley. Thank you Cobalt it was a pleasure to know you all.... Read more

Called out of hours emergency repairs on Friday as had no hot water or central heating due to my boiler not working after all the phoning round on Saturday being lied too saying some one will be with you in 30 mins engineer never turned up till 10 .30that evening ( more than 24hrs later) to be told my boilers been condemned and he hasn’t the parts and parts can’t be order until Monday ! Now more that 48hrs with out central heating and hot water with 3 young children one who’s vulnerable to be told the basic human right of hot water is not a necessity and will have to wait for the parts so looks like i ll be waiting even longer in winter with out hot water and central heat which is 2020 is appalling all emergency contractors should have access or be able to pick up parts asap not have to Wait and more importantly not leave your tennant health to be at risk with leaving them with out a boiler in winter months shame on use... Just want to say its been a breath of fresh air to talk to this company. They have helped me set up my mums property pool. Every time iv rang iv had the same response from each person iv spoke to. Absolute rubbish. I live in a house next to a cobalt house and the fence came down in the storms in January. They finally fixed it last week and contractors left all of the rubble on my side of the fence and didn't clear it. It is all over the area where my kids play with massive stones meaning it is now unsafe and unable to be disposed of unless I get a skip... Read more
