Highly unprofessional individuals, changed the appointment at the last minute and then lied that they told me in the morning. When ici them over the phone, they harassed and bullied me and also used racial slurs on the basis of my surname. They made me travel in 20 weeks pregnancy all the way from another town 125 miles away and were not the least bit accommodating. Please avoid these people, they treat you like garbage

Northwood Liverpool were very easy to deal with for the two years we were renting from them. They resolved most small issues quickly and professionally. The moving in and out processes went smoothly and I would use northwood again.

Thank you to all the team helping me through my application and move in! I was a very nervous customer - moving during the COVID pandemic is very stressful, not being able to see the place in person made me more nervous than I thought it would. The team helped me out with video viewings, answering questions, while they aren’t the quickest on emails it’s best to phone they are always super helpful and so nice! Stephanie Davies was the person I most spoke to. Stephanie is very professional but also easy to talk to :) was really happy with my flat today, panic left soon as I walked in - the place was so clean. I would definitely recommend using Northwood.

I have nothing but positive feedback for Northwoods. We moved into our home over a year and half ago and the whole rental process wasn’t stressful or anything it went really well.
Since living here we had a few bits that needed sorting which like any home that can happen. Both Tracey and des were fantastic they were so quick in sorting it for us and nothing was an issue for them and cannot thank them enough.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Landlords were requested by the government and National Residential Landlords Association to show compassion to tenants who are experiencing financial difficulty during lockdown. Despite my student loan falling far short of the rent for my property, and lockdown severely impeding my ability to find the short term work to make up this shortfall, Northwood will accept no alternative payment arrangement to ensure the security I need to not face homelessness when my tenancy ends. I am not even stating that I will not pay the rent in full, just that I need a payment arrangement that allows me to find some security in these precarious times. This is not the first time that Northwood have sought to financially decimate my household by going against government guidelines and law, having sought to charge nearly an additional £500 to the house in admin fees and deposit than what was legal under the tenancy act that came in last year.

Wilfully deaf, uncaring and profit chasing to the very end. DO NOT GO WITH NORTHWOOD THEY WILL HAPPILY THROW STRUGGLING PEOPLE ON THE BONFIRE FOR MARGINAL GAINS. DISGRACEFUL.

Handled my end of tenancy brilliantly during the COVID crisis. Not only did they manage to get my deposit back in very near time to normal during, but they were very understanding that not having easy access I couldn't thoroughly clean/tidy the house. However a regulatory deep clean was required any which they charged surprisingly small sum for. In fact less than a standard clean from last tenancy with a different agency. Great agency overall with very helpful and polite staff.
