They are nice properties. However, be aware that there is an ongoing estate management charge which later turned out to be more than double what they tell in the sales office. My solicitor paid the first six months estimated charge at completion. Nine months later, i get another bill even larger than the first one for the same period i.e. the original estimate at time of sale has more than doubled. No explanation - simply received a Demand to pay now. Be careful because you are signing up to pay the estate management company whatever they demand, as long as you own the property. This applies to freehold properties on the estate.... Read more
