Orange Property Services, what can I say...the experience just gets better and better whether its for purchasing or letting. Recently, Stacey went above and beyond when letting by ensuring the property was let swiftly to a reliable tenant with all legal requirements in place...real asset to the company! My number 1 choice!

Decided to switch to orange in swanscombe to rent out our house after our long standing private tenant moved out. Dan was brilliant and made everything easy and straight forward. The property was in a bit of a mess and needed to be spruced up ready for a new tenant, Dan advised me on what needed to be done and he got me in contact with Marcus at MJ Services who completed all the works in just four days. Two days later Dan had the perfect tenant for my property and everything was signed and sealed. All payments have been on time and I'm happy with the piece of mind that if any issue arises then Dan at Orange will sort them out quickly. Thank you very much

I'd like to thank everyone in Orange who helped me. I rented out my big house with them and then became a tenant for something smaller. I'm retired and a little slow but Chris stone reassured me with his honesty and sinserity. I didn't get ripped off with expensive hidden fees he was upfront and explained everything. As a tenant to be Stacey Bassett was my Rock. She was firm and fair making things happen with compassion. Sincere thanks to her!! Bless them for checking up on me too after a week of my big move.
