It was our first experience of renting out a property and we were unsure of what to expect. We had a couple of agents before we were advised to give Dominic a call. We have since used Crossmeads for 8 years to manage our flat in Bracklesham Bay. Crossmeads dealt with everything. Obviously the financial side needs to be handled professionally but their excellent service did not end there. They took great care in finding honest reliable tenants ensuring that there were no unnecessary gaps when one tenant left and another moved in. They were always available by phone or email and went above and beyond to ensure the both tenant and owner were happy. Their Management Fees were very favourable and the companies they suggested to carry out any necessary maintenance were of a high quality and competitively priced. I have no hesitation in recommending Crossmeads to anyone that is looking for a responsive, professional local Company to manage their property ensuring that the tenancy runs smoothly.for all parties.... The letting process with Crossmeads was made so easy and stress-free. I was surprised how quickly they worked to get our documents sorted. Every call and question was answered. Dominic has been helpful with every little aspect regarding the property - he is very responsive to phone calls and is ready to help at all times. Once I reported a problem late at night - he fixed the problem himself and arranged the professionals to come and have a look at it the next morning as well. Crossmeads is the worst real estate agency I have ever dealt with! Staff is rude and they don´t follow tenancy agreement unless it´s for their benefit. They don´t keep their word and communication is a problem. They simply disappeared from their physical address and have a box only. Dominic works from home now and they have only online service. They didn´t bother to tell us as tenants when we were moving out and refused to sign any document when I finally "made" Dominic to pick keys up in person. They never did what they said they would from the beginning till the end. Unprofessional, untrustworthy and rude! I definitely don´t recommend this company!!... Read more

DON'T USE THIS AGENCY For first time tenants we were let down massively by this company. The company were very un-organised and were very untrustworthy. They would not reply to our emails about maintenance and would not follow through on their half of the tenancy agreement. The branch manager was rude and very unprofessional to us tenants and family members and always spoke to us in a patronising way. Dominic was also very disrespectful of privacy and turned up at a door at his own convenience without any word to us. They have caused so much stress and have put me of renting that i would not recommend anyone using them. Staff are rude and very disorganized.
