Thank you wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

15th Apr 2024 (9 mo. ago)Do not recommend beals, Havant! Was dealing with Kelsey Anne Crimes, wow very rude and unprofessional for a manager. We applied for several flats through beales and didn’t get accepted on any of them, was told we would have support in getting one due to needing to move and our little one being born in 6 weeks but clearly not. We applied for this certain flat and Kelsey said she had sent our application off to the landlord and was waiting to hear back. My partner then called again 2 days later to find out nothing had been sent off, I then asked for the general managers details so I could contact them to be then phoned up and shouted at down the phone and hung up on by Kelsey and no details given. Was then told before they closed that we was unsuccessful which we already knew. Thanks for your help beals, Havant. All we wanted was a home for our family. Won’t be using them again.

From the moment we agreed a sale, Elizabeth has been fantastic in not only progressing the sale, but also in keeping us informed of progress. She has been enormously proactive in getting solicitors and buyer to communicate. We felt well looked after as vendors. Thank you!

4th Jan 2025 (21 days ago)Hancocks were truly beyond brilliant in their support, I felt that they really ventured far above and beyond any reasonable expectation.It can not be over emphasised just how important this kind of true empathy and support is when things get tough. Their kindness and support was genuine, unexpected and so very much appreciated. I dealt with several members of staff, Huw and Sam included but Joel Cross became my primary contact as matters dragged on. Joel was a real star helping me to read between the lines and offering continual reassurance both on the telephone and with accurate written communication.I highly commend Joel, a thoroughly professional and very personable young man. I would expect that both his parents and colleagues are extremely proud of him. Hancocks as an entity, a collection or sum of its people, is a rare bird in my considerable business experience. What an unexpected joy to meet such a charming group of people working in professional harmony and understanding exactly who the customer is. BRAVO

The whole team, especially James and Rob went above and beyond for us throughout the very slow and stressful sale of our house. The whole experience was made so much easier with the regular updates I received from them, I found them to be very proactive and they kept me fully informed throughout. Thank you so much!

But wanted to leave a review here too as my client Alice works in the wittering branch and has been brilliant with giving me advice and answering any questions i have, when she is meant to be relaxing during treatments she is happy to talk work with me and put me at ease during my house buying journey. Highly recommend and I would definitely use Henry Adams again for future buying/selling properties!

He was professional, responsive and understanding. Estate agents don’t have the best reputation generally but Neil goes a long way to reverse that - he offers something different.
18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
21st Oct 2024 (14 weeks ago)White and Brooks helped to sell our flat and myself and my partner were so impressed with the service they offered. They had regular viewings arranged and helped us to get an offer quickly. However they really came into their own towards the end of the process when some issues to do with solicitors dow the chain threatened the success of the sale. Sophie Franklin and Emma Neville went above and beyond to help us chase people up, communicated with everyone involved and they managed to help solve the issue in time for the sale to still go through. We would definitely recommend them to friends or family.

Luci very quickly gained our trust proving to be a straight talking and hard working lady. She was literally on hand anytime we needed help or reassurance even answering messages when she was on holiday. She will tell you how it is, not what you’d like to hear and is totally reliable.
