We sold a small office block via Holt and was very impressed by Chris Hobday's, from Holt Commercial, attitude and general helpfulness in trying to get the deal across the line. The buyers, unfortunately, used a cheap, but useless solicitor how was employed on a fixed fee; thus, the solicitor was very reluctant to do anything he absolutely did not have too. When questions occurred, Chris picked up the points and helped resolve them thorough good communications and a can-do attitude. I could not recommend Holt and Chris more strongly.... Read more
