During my tenancy I had a few unpleasant experiences, which were mostly the landlord's fault. I know that working for an agency puts the agent on a difficult position because they are the bridge between the landlord and the tenants, and when the landlord does not care about recurrent issues, the ones taken the blame are often the agents. All the problems were reported to the agency and they tried to solve them, sometimes taking an unreasonable amount of time, but,
once again, because of the landlord.
I also had some pleasant experiences. As a student, it is hard to find a place to leave my stuff before my new tenancy starts and Mr. Bansal allowed me to leave them at the property throughout the summer. In addition to that, he kindly allowed me to spend the night at the property after the checkout, because he knew my flight was only on the following day.

I highly recommend the Bansal estates. I've been lived for 5 months. And I enjoyed the best time with my husband in the lovely property. We're satisfied with the house and the team is really kind and helpful. The property is clean, well-furnished, and good condition to live. I think I will still choose the Bansals after I back Coventry.

I have just left one of the Bansal Estates properties and I can confirm that during the whole time I have been living there (10 months) they have been attentive to the needs of the tenants. The house was in very good condition, much better than other pigsties I saw before I found this one. I had to leave the house before the lease ended and they were willing to negotiate so that no party lost money and they helped me with the procedures to leave the house. I recommend them.

Apart from having a horrible and rude service they even have the guts to lie on the responses that they give on reviews. How can Bansal say ‘There have been no recurrences of mould which have been treated, this has been verified during our inspections, however we have noticed some minor cosmetic painting required.’. Do you call all this mould on the walls ‘minor cosmetic’ defects? Well, the house has been inspected twice since the 11th of February, day that the situation was reported, but no further action was taken and none of the tenants were informed about the day that this situation is going to be sorted.

Bansal must be the worst agency in Coventry and I would not recommend their services to anyone. Regarding their responses to reviews, they manipulate occurrences according to their convenience and omit facts to make the problem’s seaming the tenant’s fault.  That is how they try to cover their horrible rating of 2.8 stars. The rating truly reflects the quality of the services.

The worst experience I’ve had with agencies to date.
Moved to the property and the gas wasn’t working and all the bedroom doors were broken. It took over 3 months to fix them and one of them was broken again less than a month later. It has been 2 months and it’s still broken and the agency rudely says it is “inconvenient”. They have sent a men to check the lock twice this week but it hasn’t been changed.
The property is full of slugs and a real solution hasn’t been found to fix it.
The contract says it has bills included but me and my housemates have to charge the gas card so that it will be deducted from the rent later on. The agency keeps saying that the gas meter is going to be fixed soon but, we have been in this property for 6 months and nothing was changed.
The landlord entered the property without any notice and, after we told the agency that he couldn’t do it, he kept doing the same.
The house has mould problems and all they do is cover it with a fresh layer of paint. This has been done three times over the last six months.

In conclusion, save yourself a headache and choose another agency ????

Nails on the floor!
Broken handles!
Mold on the walls!
And everything when asked to get fixed took ages and many of the problems are still not fixed!
I'm very disappointed....
