DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!
Simply misserable, absolutely everything. They had my rent raised with any chance possible and always searching for new reasons to get more money out of me (believe it or not but they raised my rent from 650pm to 900pm and also raised my parking from 50 a year to 650 a year - i wish i was making this numbers up but as hard as you are finding that to believe, i did myself too!! - hence why i left!).
If you will ever need something to fix, do not expect that to happen anytime soon or at all.
Also important to note is, If you enjoy living in mouldy, old and wet building which is absolutely impossible to heat and warm up, please do proceed, this is the place for you.
Also do not expect to have your deposit fully returned. Woman running the business has a history of deducting money from deposit from tenants for anything she can make up. I was warned about this by previous tenants but I did not listen. I am hoping that my review can help to protect you.
I have nothing nice to say about them, I am very disappointed in these people and never thought I would have to write review like this about them as they try to fool you with nice first impression. I feel robbed. I do not recommend.

I am delighted by the service offered by Bansal Estates. It is one of the best agency for your house search in Coventry UK. Specially appreciate Mrs Bansal for her out the box help. I was with family stayed in a hotel not getting the house anywhere on time and there are lot of formalities one has to go through while Renting the property. But the process being followed by Mrs Bansal was very quick and helpful which sorted out my all Renting problems. I really recommend Bansal Estate agency for all the people who are searching property in Coventry and surrounding places.

Ridiculous estate agent. They NEVER call back having you waiting around for days or Evan weeks. Constantly chasing them when they say they will call back.
Lady in the office makes up 1000 excuses sick of it. No help what so ever

Have been with the renting through the bansals for over 2 years and the landlord has finally decided to move us to different agents!! Response times were slow, problems were never fixed and the landlord was never informed of our issues. Claimed to have done inspections every 6 months as per the contract and we only had 1 inspection in our entire 2 and a half years with them. Also tried to increase our rent without informing our landlord. Problems wouldn't have been solved if we didn't have direct contact with our landlord. Would not recommend.
Update:
All of what the bansals have stated is lies. We had a meeting with themselves and our landlord and all was made clear then. Awful agents who tried to turn us as tenants against out landlord and failed in doing so. Organisation is poor and communication even worse. Avoid at all costs.
