Awful. Still have not returned the deposit to my tenants since they moved out end of Feb. As the landlord, I am now being threatened with legal action from the ineffective 'insurance' based deposit scheme, despite the money being held by David Keys, who do not respond to anything. Avoid at all costs and use a more reputable agent - it will be worth it in the long run! Nothing short of criminal behaviour.... Read more

From the start, David Key showed zero assistance. Most of them, especially Saam, always say to call back but never once call back. In fact, it was obvious he'd not pick up deliberately. When I called the office, the front desk lady, Paige was poor and could only pass on messages, which I believe was never acknowledged. At one point, she hung up on me and said, and I quote, 'I have other work to do'. 1 day after my move in, the pipe burst and flooded my kitchen with sewage. When I rang them, they told me to call and deal with the landlord myself This literally defeats any point of having an agent. I had to clean up the sewage mess and live without water supply for a week. They've kept some of my security deposit for "inventory check-out" but the joke is that there wasn't any inventory check-in to compare with. I had to personally do the job for them and document my own inventory check-in. They also charged me for late payments (all because they refuse to attend to any issues with the property). They then agreed on the phone and email to waive it but in the end, still took the money from my deposit anyway. Adam, a rep in Hendon branch had bad manners and etiquette, very provocative and unprofessional. At this point, I've raised a dispute with mydeposits over the money that is rightfully mine. Irregardless of their response to this review, I will never use them again. Long story short, appalling service. You're better off without them.... Read more

Lovely and friendly company , one of the best developing company's out there if not the best and will definitely catch up with the top sellers soon, if you are looking to buy a property go with these guys as they no what they are doing when it comes to property. All i can say is that no one communicates with each other and no one responds to your phone calls. This company acts as its almost a con-job and have no problem charging money but take months to refund you the amount - only if threatened with legal action. I say avoid at all cost.... Read more
