After six months of paying punctually the rent We, my husband and I, don’t have two set of keys. We are tired of dealing with this situation. I am not asking for something beyond property manager responsabilities, but in her words “is out of her control” I wonder what is under her control. I rented the flat through chancellors therefore they should solve this. I can’t contact the landlord to get the set of keys and Chancellors doesn’t help. Which is the role of the estate agents?
I am asking for something quite reasonable, a set of keys for the flat I am paying for.
Soon I will have to come back to work after my maternity leave, I won’t be able to schdule my shifts with my husband. I will have to wait on the street while my husband get home. The property manager can’t guarantee a set of keys.This situation is unbereable.
Property manager feel sorry but don’t solve the issue while say I’ll keep you updated... last time passed 3 months until I wrote again.
Chancellors answer saying e mail us we’ll do something. Honestly I’m sick of writing emails is worthless.
I had a great experience with Dexter's St John's Wood - Rohan was incredibly helpful (and patient with me) every step of the way. He went above and beyond in identifying properties that fit my criteria - I had only inquired about one, and he ended up showing me 4. But most importantly, I felt like he was on my side - giving me candid advice and not pressuring me to go with one option or another. Would definitely recommend!
Worst experience ever. I rented a flat from dexters and on the day I moved in I discovered the windows were broken. It took them 3 months to get them fixed. Worst of all this was during the winter period. Their excuse was the landlord wanted to send his own contractor. They are over protective of their landlords and are extremely careless towards the tenants. Dishonest and deceptive team I do not recommend this agent to anyone. As you can see from the reviews they only acknowledge and reply to the good reviews and ignore everything else. Dishonest!
We had a fantastic service from Jake and Peter from start to finish on the sale of our property. We also instructed other local agents in a difficult market - but it was only KFH who came up with any offers. They know the local market inside out and were a great help overcoming a few hurdles in the sale process. Would recommend to anyone.
I rented my flat via KFH and it’s currently managed by KFH as well. Therefore, I believe I have a lot of data to share about them.
Before signing a contract, everything is great. They are on time, reply to emails and are genuinely nice. After signing the contract, they don’t have time for you any more. They don’t reply to emails or reply in two weeks claiming that they are very busy. I am not able to get a reply to my questions from the property manager and it has been more than 3 weeks now.
Chris Taylor was a wonderful support in helping me to find a property - whilst I used other estate agents when looking, I kept coming back to Chris and ultimately was very happy to buy through him. He stood out head and shoulders - in terms of his professionalism, how pleasant and friendly he was to work with, and the fact that he really listened to what I wanted and patiently worked hard to help me find it. I never felt under pressure, just very well supported and with just the right amount of attention and follow up. His support from offer acceptance through to exchange was also outstanding. I am renting a room in property managed by KFH for 7 months. For 2 of these months I have not have a door on my bedroom as it came off its hinges and KFH have been glacial in replacing it, despite frequent reminders and requests for updates. We are still waiting for confirmation of when this will be replaced. Additionally, the washing machine regularly (70-80%) stops midway through the cycle and has to be restarted. KFH have said that since it technically still functions they have refused to fix/replace it. They don't deal well with the upkeep of the property.
Brilliant. Got married here few years back and often visit for afternoon tea. Excellent service and great food. Probably one of the best afternoon tea in London ????????
For a place that stands for impeccable service, we receive appaling level of attentiveness from the staff at the afternoon tea/ dinner service. Its the holidays and they must have been busier than usual but overwhelmed is not something I expect given their reputation. Definitely not worth the spend and time.
SUPER FAST SERVICE! Very approachable agents, helpful and sorted my flat move within a week time. Showed me a flat on weekend, drove directly from their office and gave a lift back to the station. I am disgusted how these agents behave trying to undersell my late mother in-laws house to a developer saying he can buy in just a few days. Nearly lost her 250k! Feel disgusted. Beware as they try this BEFORE they take the property on market offering a easy quick sale for a slashed price to a single viewer making you think its market value when it is certainly not. This firm especially Nick and Richard are very far from Honest after what they did pure greed.
