25th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)I cannot recommend the team at Goldschmidt & Howland Temple Fortune highly enough! After a completely failed, incredibly frustrating experience trying to sell my property with the nearby Foxtons—who brought plenty of empty promises but absolutely zero results—(hiring idiots!) switching to Goldschmidt was the best decision I made. From day one, the team here was a breath of fresh air. They actually understand the local market intimately, were completely realistic with their strategy, and were incredibly proactive. Communication was flawless throughout, they qualified their buyers properly, and they managed to secure a fantastic sale for me in no time. If you want a sophisticated, professional estate agent who actually delivers results instead of just a slick corporate sales pitch, save yourself the time and go straight to them.

Alicia really understood my requirements and the value of my house, never troubled me with "tyre kickers", and found a Buyer with exactly the right profile and ambition for my house. Alicia worked tirelessly to navigate the new Covid-rules to prepare my house for sale and conclude the sale as quickly as possible, keeping me updated at all times, and helping to unblock issues on the Buyer's side. Both Seller and Buyer were very pleased with the outcome, and I would highly recommend Alicia to help sell your property.<br><br>Given my positive experience from my first transaction with Ellis & Co above, I used Alica Casingena at Ellis & Co (Golders Green) to sell my father's property in 2026 after he moved into a care home. Alicia delivered for me again, achieving my sale price in very tough market conditions: high interest rates, high number of properties for sale and low number of serious buyers. I booked a viewing for one flat, but he came prepared and showed me two additional flats in the area that matched what I was looking for — real initiative that saved me a lot of time.<br><br>When I mentioned we were also considering the Colindale area, he went above and beyond by connecting us with another agent who arranged viewings there too. That kind of coordination isn’t something you often get, and it made the whole flat-hunting process so much smoother.<br>Samuel also guided us through the entire tenancy acquisition process from start to finish, including referencing and all the paperwork, making what can usually be a stressful process feel straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>Thanks to his attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile, we found a flat and secured the tenancy quickly and smoothly. A special mention also to his manager, Jamal Hussain, for overseeing such a well-run and professional service.<br><br>Highly recommend Samuel and the team if you want an agent who actually listens, takes action, and sees things through to the end.

The rental was made very easy, and the communications were very clear and good throughout, including contracts and guarantor agreements. Despite multiple people involved in different locations in our rental, everything went very smoothly and to the dates we all wanted. Would highly recommend
