She was extremely helpful and made us feel very confident that we will find our property. She was always happy to get our feedback and it made me personally feel that she is tailoring her service, attention and time to my requests and needs. Kate you are the best, and i wish all estate agents should have you as a role model.

After hanging up the phone she sent me over lots of options for me to look at. I had really not much time to find a new place and Sophie has been a gift sent from I don't know where to us. With her you can be 100% sure and not worried because she will sort everything out as soon as possible . Very reliable and always answered after no time. 5 stars for her! He was of great help and very responsive, which helped smoothen the not always easy processes. We would recommend landlord to use KFH services when renting their properties.

He went the extra mile for my house move, dealing with all manner of back and forth with our new landlord over various parts of a new tenancy agreement. 22nd Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Even though Sadaf and her manager, Jamal (from Foxtons Camden), did a good job in helping us find a flat, Foxtons should be more cautious in selecting landlords and their agents and in helping active tenants. We have been having a lot of problems with Citidwell and the landlord Samut Limited. I really don’t recommend a tenancy with those companies. I believe Foxtons is able to find better landlords and agents as commercial partners.

4th May 2025 (15 days ago)Wasted over six months with Joseph Scott. Property was initially overvalued, very few viewings over six months , The agent dealing with us left and we were only told the day he was leaving, very poor service , Viewings arranged outside of hours when no agent available to accompany. Overall no apology for poor service, was told manager Abbie would contact us to discuss next steps, never heard from her or anyone except a new agent we had no knowledge of trying to arrange a viewing.. They continued to advertise my home without my permission for weeks after the contract ended. Very disappointing experience.

Our lettings agent Duncan went above and beyond to get us in for viewings and secure our flat. Duncan and the team were super responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had which made for a really smooth process!

The excellent Sid Rawal, did an unbelievable job helping us find an amazing home, despite us being outside the country, and we cannot be more thankful for the amazing service and help we recieved!

He’s also a lovely person to deal with, which took some of the stress off what is otherwise considered a very stressful process. Thanks Pio!

He was straightforward and fairly represented both sides without favouring either which built a lot of trust.
