After hanging up the phone she sent me over lots of options for me to look at. I had really not much time to find a new place and Sophie has been a gift sent from I don't know where to us. With her you can be 100% sure and not worried because she will sort everything out as soon as possible . Very reliable and always answered after no time. 5 stars for her! He was of great help and very responsive, which helped smoothen the not always easy processes. We would recommend landlord to use KFH services when renting their properties.

22nd Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)Even though Sadaf and her manager, Jamal (from Foxtons Camden), did a good job in helping us find a flat, Foxtons should be more cautious in selecting landlords and their agents and in helping active tenants. We have been having a lot of problems with Citidwell and the landlord Samut Limited. I really don’t recommend a tenancy with those companies. I believe Foxtons is able to find better landlords and agents as commercial partners.

18th Nov 2024 (14 days ago)I'm actually a mortgage broker and was acting for the purchaser. I have to say that Romario was very responsive and proactive with anything I needed to help get the purchase over the line. The whole company is actually very diligent and they even contact you at weekends (which I don't mind) as it keeps things moving. I probably get more involved than your average broker as I like to monitor and help the legal teams out where possible. It's amazing how one part of the process, if overlooked, can hold up the entire sale / chain and Romario at Joseph Scotts, like myself, was happy to assist. I would certainly recommend this estate agent.

Throughout the viewing he was very chatty and relaxed, allowing us the time we wanted to explore the property in order for us to see if it would be right for us. Prior to the viewing, communication was good. I did not proceed with the property as it wasn't the perfect fit, but would be happy to work with him again and view other properties.
