I didn’t even think about contacting another estate agent. Romario then visited to sell my house, what an absolute pleasure! Romario kept us updated every step of the way, his calm and reassuring manner is just what I needed! Romario went the extra mile, he looked after our cats during the viewings, giving them treats and sending us videos of them! To be honest it felt like a member of our family sold our house! The agent failed to show up for a scheduled viewing, leaving me waiting for over half an hour. Despite calling their office twice to check on the agent’s whereabouts, there was no punctuality or communication from their side. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for clients' time is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
