ZERO STARS. Please be Warned. Do not use this firm. Ive had a bad experience using this firm. It was recommended to me by a broker. The Surveyors live on another planet. Delayed our completion by months and cost us thousands of pounds. They use incorrect information and i'm happy for them to contact me and i'll prove it to them and others. Incompetent surveyors. Provided a valuation that was lower than a post - recession valuation from 2009. Previous valuations form other surveyors were 100% higher, despite being done over 7 years ago ! Yes 100% lower , that is not a typo. This is also despite the £values/ sq ft in the area having increased ABOVE inflation values, and the area itself has become more desirable for small businesses and the property being in good condition. They used incorrect information for the valuation, such as severely underestimated rental incomes. This is despite a signed lease being provided ( which they incorrectly said did not exist, in their report) , which contained up to date rental rates. We were forced to use this incompetent firm and paid £1000 for the displeasure. Our business plans have been severely delayed as a result. Avoid at all costs.... Read more
