We have had a wonderful experience with David Wilson Homes on the Bishop's Green Estate.
We've only had a few small problems and David Wilson Homes have been extremely quick to remedy any of our teething problems (they call it snagging). The team in the office are friendly, helpful, and have done so much to ensure that our new house really becomes a home.
When we had to have the garden soil replaced in order to satisfy the council requirements, it was done quickly and to a high standard. Our garden was even landscaped to a new design free of charge!
We are VERY happy!

Absolutely disgusting service within 3 months of buying we had, had our floors ripped up twice and re laid still not done properly. The window was that ill fitted there was a huge gap with cold air rushing in. We had raw sewage coming up through our showers. Our front door was broken and wouldn’t lock. Once they have your money they’re not interested and don’t care. The builders are rude and incompetent. DONT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS!

Very poor build quality , nothing seems to be checked, they had to cut big holes in the ceiling after I moved in to Finish off central heating system . Had to prop up the fridge one side because the floor sloped so much . I would definitely avoid next time .

Avoid at all costs. Poorly built houses - my 'premium priced' estate in Glastonbury has ongoing roof problems - and you get lumbered with extra exorbitant land-management fees from third party companies

When they heard we wanted info about social housing their attitude changed completely. In fact the sales lady was downright rude and completely blanked us to go and talk to someone else that had just come into the sales office. Just hope their building is better than the sales pitch...
