Ollie Jones dealt with me personally throughout the sale and kept both me and my buyer informed as to progress. I found him to be very accessible. More than the 2 local agents initially advised as a “fair” price....her professionalism and here to help to attitude gave me full confidence in her and her staff. Absolutely loved working with this estate agency. Helpful and friendly from start to finish and it's so refreshing working with people who actually care about their jobs!
Gemma helped me organise viewings for a time that suited me, checked in to see how I got on and was just overall very friendly and bubbly!
Jack who showed me the property could answer every question I asked, he talked us through the best spots in town, what the local area was like and even gave me advice about the areas for other viewings I had booked in. He even walked us back to our car and helped with where to park.

I spoke with a mortgage advisor Matt who was incredibly efficient and made me feel at ease with the scary prospect of being a first time buyer.

Overall they are the full package. I would highly highly recommend to anyone selling or buying!
