I bought a David Wilson Home in December 2016 and am in the process of selling it. My solicitor discovered that David Wilson Home put a restriction on my title registrar for no known reason and contacted their legal team called Eversheds Sutherland. Thomas Jenkins at Eversheds Sutherland Birmingham Office does not seem to be interested in sorting things out for us. Thomas acknowledged that the restriction is unnecessary, but failed to produce a letter for us to send to the Land Registry to remove the restriction. After many many requests over many weeks, Thomas still says he is working on it and will not give us a timeline. This is going to cost us the sale. So when you intend to buy from David Wilson Home, just note that the after care total sucks and you will be on your own peril if you want to sell the house. I think one star is too much for the poor communications and red tapes you will never expect for such a simple matter. My house is right behind their sales office so I am going to put up a banner in protest!... Read more
