I can't praise the team enough for the professional and sensitive way they handled it. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always available if I had any queries or questions. This was our first experience of selling a house. From our first point of contact with Hampson’s, we were given all the advice we needed and received excellent customer service throughout, even after completion.
The service we received was so personal and Hampson’s really took the time to find out what we wanted, they made every effort to find our dream home based on all of our requirements.
The time scale was perfect, exactly as we were told it would be in the beginning.

I’ve been with Hampsons on both sides , selling my property and buying x They sold are house within 6 days and the service was amazing , we decided quite soon in we wasn’t quite ready to move and they were so understanding and supportive with our decision .. saying that, we then decided because we wasn’t ready to move that we would do a buy to let so we could get onto the renting ladder x so Hampsons helped assist us on this finding us the perfect property! I just want to say a huge thank you to the team at Hampsons who sold my mums house recently. From the very beginning when Teana came out to value the house mum felt really reassured that they understood her needs. The marketing materials were excellent and the approach to viewings was highly successful with multiple offers made. The team then were very efficient steering the offer through to completion. Sold my property with Hampsons Estates and was so impressed with the quality of service received by the whole team.
Once video was uploaded had viewings booked within days and and had an offer after the first day of viewings.
Team not only updated myself weekly with progress from my solicitors but, also chased up the buyers solicitors to expedite the sale to make the completion go as quickly and smoothly as possible.
I cannot praise the team enough for their professionalism and all their help in selling my home and wish them all the best in the future..

It’s always daunting when finding the best estate agent to represent you when selling your house - especially if, like us, you have sold houses before with varying satisfaction from agents previously.
Hampsons were immense from start to finish.
Teana Hampson carried out a thorough valuation of our house, understood the area and how to market it which put us in safe hands. The marketing video and brochure was stunning and within 48 hours, our listing was live! A WhatsApp group was created which introduced us to the rest of the Hampsons team - super friendly and welcoming!
The WhatsApp messages enabled efficient and effective communication on viewings and feedback.
All in all, we had 6 viewings and 4 offers with one being accepted above asking price.
Donna Kelly handled our case and she was nothing but AMAZING for us. She was always on hand to keep us updated on the progress of the process, chase the chain and go above and beyond to chase solicitors for progress. Donna was always upbeat, displayed genuine empathy and helped us though the sticky patches of the sale! I have a very strong feeling that the whole team operate in a similar fashion to Donna which is a testament to Teana. All conduct themselves extremely well.
All in all, Hampsons were tremendous. Right from valuation and the best type of marketing that achieved sale STC, through to the personable communication and customer care that got us over the line. True professionalism.
We cannot recommend Hampsons enough and would absolutely use there service again.

The team of Kayley, Emma, and Laura is lead by Teana and at no point did I feel like a client, but I felt like a friend.
Not only are they value for money, but they keep you updated and informed. If you have a question they answer sometimes within seconds.
Plus they got me viewings and sold my house.
This team put the bigger corporates to shame and I for one are certainly glad I came across this team.

Despite being the agent for the property my parents were purchasing, Teana and her amazing team supported me and my parents through out the move and for the sale of their property, they were professional, informative and very responsive to any queries or questions. Buying or selling a property can be extremely stressful at any occasion let alone in the middle of a global pandemic.
We researched very carefully before selecting Hampsons, their professionalism and demeanour of their staff, market knowledge and quality of marketing materials are three elements I would call out which were far superior compared to national and local high street agents
You only have to look at the marketing materials and communication, the attention to detail, quality and investment undertaken by the team works for both the buyer and seller, setting clear expectations and avoids disappointment and saves precious time.

Hamptons have been great to deal with. From the initial call right through the process. Staff are knowledgeable and chose the best way to market.
