I wouldn’t recommend this house builder Over priced for a substandard build Poor finish customer service non existent House is plagued with leaks and sewage Problems slates falling off the roof.top soil in the garden non existent so called turf is laid on top of builders rubble and discarded Builders rubbish this is a 5 star builder I don’t think so .1 year in and the problems are still not being resolved. My neighbours are all experiencing the same .The worse purchase I have ever made . If you’re considering buying a house in G77 6WX I would speakers to the residents first for their opinions...
