Very poor build quality. Problems in every department. Slow to respond, and when they do it's bodged making the original problem worse. Then they leave thinking everything is done. Then you call again and its like you've never spoken to them, you report the problems. including new ones that have since emerged and they take a month to send someone round, then they bodge it and leave, repeat this process for 2 years and then your house is not DWH's problem anymore, good luck!...
