I consider myself lucky to have had Ryan Stanton as my main point of contact with regard to what I acknowledge was a difficult property to sell. In the lead up to the New Year, I considered withdrawing the property from sale but after speaking at length with Ryan I chose to take his advice and continue marketing the property into January. We dealt with our purchase mainly through Taylor and Trevor when Taylor was not available. Both provided a clean and easy experience for us both. We recently had a purchase fall through just before exchange. We then viewed a property through Griffin and decided to purchase despite the recent experience. The comparison between experiences post offer is night and day. Every question has been answered, they have followed up with care.
