Davidson Estates are an established estate agency based in Edgbaston, specialising in residential property sales, lettings and management. Founded by Ben Davidson, the business has built up an excellent reputation for its professionalism and is now regarded as one of the premium property agents in Edgbaston and Birmingham City Centre.

Whilst we specialise in residential lettings and residential sales our success in Edgbaston has allowed the company to expand and diversify into commercial property and investments nationwide.

Davidson Estates is an accredited Estate Agent, and was awarded ‘Best Estate Agency’ and ‘Lettings Agency’ in the West Midlands at the International Property Awards 2016.

Considering the property has previously been let to students they admin fees are ridiculous. After changing our minds to find out those fees are also non-refundable it’s an absolute joke.

In a nutshell Davidson's will happily let you live in a poorly secured home, let you get robbed and attacked in your own home, and let you lose/ happily take your deposit after you're forced to leave the property for your own safety.

This agency will squeeze every penny they can out of you and not hold full inspections. Very poor business practices and I urge others to avoid going this agency.

Clearly by the obviously fake reviews their agent's have been posting that it shows Davidson's Estates really is not a good company. Avoid at all costs!

It's been a pleasure to work with Davidson Estates on the sale of my property. Ben was able to come around for a free valuation within 2 days after I called. He showed up on time and presented himself very professionally throughout our first meeting. Most importantly he was honest about his advises which makes everything so much easier. Ben and his team was also very responsive throughout the transaction, which helped to take out some of the stress during a home move.

Very disappointed as I was told that the flat I was viewing included the water, council tax and tv licence - even went to view the property on my day off which is an hour's drive away from where I'm currently living. Was ready to pay the holding deposit - only to be told that there was a mix up on the advert and the bills were actually on top of the property.
