We approached this agency as we were interested in a property to rent in central Birmingham. We were booked in to view the apartment with Ross, who was amazing in showing us around the building and the apartment itself. We were then passed on to Jack who helped us a lot and made it easier in terms of administration and was always there to help. The process was really smooth thanks to them! We received the keys today from Ross, who also showed us around making sure we were comfortable with everything.
They are professional, patient and really good on what they do.
I recommend this agency!

I was recently planning to move house and I was looking for a reputable company to assist me with this. I was told about Pennycuick Collins by a friend of mine and decided to instruct them to help with the sale of my house . Ross Parsons was the main contact for the move and from start to finish it was very quick and easy. Ross was very professional on the way he conducted himself and made what can be a very stressful time quick, simple and painless. I would certainly recommend Ross and Pennycuick Collins to anybody looking for a move.

I can't stress how highly I recommend this company to any student moving to Birmingham for university. The staff have been extremely helpful, kind and generous during my time at this student accommodation. Its great value for money being in the city centre and perfect for students of all ages, a good mix of fresher's and mature students.
