Very poor service. Called about a house and they told me they'd call me back once they had the keys. Left it a few, then called again. The house had been sold and the woman said she was the only person in the office and didn't have my details. She checked and didn't even have my info. Then, when I said I was unhappy and wanted to speak with a manager, there was none available and I needed to email but only gave the general email address. I also stated I'd emailed when she advised she was dealing with email enquiries. She became rude and hung up. Very unprofessional company and staff... Read more

Recently sold our property through Donna Rose, to start with it was excellent and sold house in 48 hours. However we're told it was the ideal buyer as they had sold their home to a cash buyer who was desperate to move quickly so was really pleased as told it would be around 8 weeks. There was actually a chain and was never told and took 18 weeks!!! We kept asking and was told to stop panicking and it would happen in a couple of weeks and we almost lost our purchase but Donna Rose was not interested in helping us. Once they have got a buyer was not interested to help at all.... Read more

The agent's details didn't include the street number of the property. Due to not knowing the area, we arrived eight minutes late, owing in part to the poor quality of the maps that the agent's website pointed us to. There was no sign of the agent, nor of a 'For Sale' board outside any of the properties on the street and since many of them were very similar, it was impossible to pin-point which was the actual property for sale. We immediately rang the agent, who showed no sympathy whatsoever for a potential customer who didn't know the area being slightly late, nor did they ask if we'd like to re-schedule. By the way, your required field 'When Did You Buy It?' is ridiculous, given that we didn't!... Read more

Absolutely disgusted with their ‘service’ or lack of it! Booked an appointment to view a bungalow on 25th Jan for 1st Feb. Arrived to view and no one there to show us around. Phoned the office, they hung up one me, phoned back and was told they had phoned me to cancel! What utter lies! Surely if you’re cancelling an appointment you make sure you speak to the customer!... I bought a property through this agent, from the very beginning I didn't find them professional. We arranged a viewing which they didn't turn up to. After waiting we found that the owner was showing us around which is fine if we knew beforehand. The THREE emails I sent trying to speed the process up between the two solicitors were met with a hostile and unprofessional response. At one stage I offered to collect the relevant paperwork from the agent/ owner and deliver it to my solicitor as the mention of a gas safety certificate was too hard for Tracey to understand. The email I received back was blatantly rude and dismissive. At this point I actually wondered if Tracey wanted the house sale to complete. I wouldn't use them again even if it means missing out on a property. Its not so bad if there is just a general lack of knowledge, but to be met with a rude response when trying to help them along with the sale completion is terrible. I can only assume that Donna Rose charge the owner even if the sale falls through because she had no interest in ensuring the sale of the property went smoothly. It doesn't cost a lot to offer good customer service.... Read more

I bought a property from this agent,,, buyer be ware, it was refurbished by a private "developer" since purchasing I have paid out more than £1,000.00 correcting Mr Ian Paynes incompetent plumbing skills, check taps, showers, toilets, boiler, and any decoration too.
